They never have chicken ready. I always get asked to park that my food will be put in 15 mins. Going on 30mins. People have gone in and out. They forget they have people pa4ked and waiting. Horrible horrible service. Only a few staff members are nice. But the rest need to never work with the public. But their managers are also part of this horrible staff. I rather drive to Cape Coral if I crave popeyes.

Waiting in the line, 8 cars deep while women inside curse audibly on the speaker where all can hear, makes you nervous about your food being spit in or thrown on the floor. Cannot say how many times I have left and changed my mind about eating there, like today. Went in to report the cursing and waiting and it was the female manager that was the one doing it! Trashy ghetto store.

Manager to busy on the phone! And yelling at employees to tell customer to pull up to window because it was raining.The staff seem ok but this place needs a new manager. The guy at the cashier was polite and professional and tried to do his best. But you can tell there was no leadership it was chaos Wont go there again.

Food was old, 12 people working with no customers besides us, tables were dirty, and the gm jerry seems to be the one to wipe tables off instead of telling all the lazy employees to do something, 1st time ever at Popeyes and it leaves a bad impression. This store has a 3 Star rating when it should be a 1 star rating

This place sucks. Like seriously, the staff is horrible. Chick at the drive thru looks like Jamie Foxx ugly twin sister. The staff are rude and act like they have no idea what theyre doing. I asked for one of each sauce and they said I cant have that many. Wtf you mean??? Worst experience Ive had at a restaurant.

Very nice young man at drive thru, but was given regular biscuits or dissappointed that cheese biscuits we specifically asked for had no cheese in them. Good TV ad, just dont hv product! Shrimp not well done. Eating only because of polite guy at window. Hopefully he did not realize they put wrong biscuits!

Manager Jerry Dunn is rude I was ordering in line the other day and him and another customer got into an altercation all because one of his employees was being rude and he was yelling nasty slurs at the women he took his name tag off and pushed it in the womens face that was unacceptable

Good food, horrible staff. Waited in the drive through for 20 minutes only to be told that they were now closed. Yea, but 20 minutes ago when I got here you werent! Maybe if they worked for the last half hour of the shift they could offer some decent customer service.

This was a strange looking chicken. 11 pieces of chicken--one breast, one wing, 2 legs and the rest thighs. I only eat white meat and my husband ate a wing by mistake! How totally disappointing from popeyes. Sorry your chicken was so mis shaped!
