We tried this place today for the first time. There wasnt anyone in the place but my husband. He ordered our food & came home. Since we never ate here before, I wasnt sure what to expect. They got our order COMPLETELY wrong! My husband took this "food" back & the clerk was rude & mean. They didnt give us a meal, and they gave us something we didnt order. The food was very disgusting. The chicken was dry & hard, the biscuits were dry, the French fries were very thin & minimal and there were only 4 Jojos in the meal. I will never eat here again!! I will also be informing everyone within ears reach about this horrific experience.

Line at KFC was really long so I jetted across the way to Mr Chicken for my son...the 3 piece was OK at $7 except the piece with blood oozing out the middle and oh with one biscuit...the 3 hot wings for $5 were Ok except they were 3 wings dropped in a bag of BBQ sauce that was like soup and missed half the wings! Gross never again. I have pics cant figure out how to post but I will on Yelp

I picked up 2 three-piece dinners, one of the dinners consisted of two wings and half a back. The other was a wing a thigh and a leg. Both very oily. Not at the standard of Mr Chickens products Ive received in the past. I feel Mr C has dropped to Mr KFCs level. The store looked very nice (new and clean). "Its all about th chicken" please get it right.

It was our first time visiting Mr. Chicken. The chicken was good. But the mashed potatoes were instant and didnt really taste good. Nor was the gravy good. And the price was REDICULOUS. No salt or pepper was provided either. Overall experience was a little disappointing. Will not be returning to Mr. Chicken.

Worst tasting most overpriced chicken in Cleveland. $8 for a 3 piece with one side, a biscuit and NO drink!?!? Besides them overcharging you, the chicken has a weird taste I dont care for. First and last time here. Dont come here... for $5 you get the same amount of food at KFC ($5 box meal) with a drink!

Horriable staff British accent assistant manager is very rude and knows nothing about customer service along with black female window cashier very rude as well chicken is never fresh I personally sat there and warned them reheat sides and chicken in the microwave this location is very poorly run

Well for starters they only had "wings, thighs, and strips". Id have to say the fries were very good, not as good as borderline cafés home fries. The chicken was eh. But they forgot my biscuit!!! However, the biscuit was delicious. Overall Mr. Chicken doesnt seem to be all about the chicken ://

I have never eaten here before the bf said it was good! ........... he was sooooo wrong. They completely messed up our oder and my sides were cold ! I even was sitting in my car at the drive thru watching the girl,putting stuff in the microwave. And it was still cold.will never go back!

Last night during the game go Indians I paid 18.99for 6pieces of chicken 2sides and 4 biscuits. What a rip off.oh and I didnt get a receipt.the one piece was not completely cooked.I thought I was supposed to get more than that.we like theyre Cole slaw.thats all !

Flavorless chicken, nasty potatoes, and bland mac. Makes me wish there was a Popeyes near me. Then maybe these people would actually try to make good food with some good competition near them. Portion and pricing is fine, but the taste is sadly non existent.

I usually love Mr Chicken but on Saturday, February 6 about 3:30pm. I bought a 4 person family pack. The chicken was very dry and hard. Not sure if a breast is supposed to be included but I did not receive one. Might try again but at another location.

Chickens really good and all but cant help but feel its a bit over priced compared to KFC etc. It is good though. This particular location unfortunately was super hot and small inside.
