First time ever eating at Popeyes and last time I ever eat at that location. I heard grand reviews about this restaurant and love the commercials therefore gave it a shot. I was rushed through drive-thru, answers to questions regarding menu, couldnt be answered, food was cold and dull looking, and small portions for the amount of money spent for two people. Dessert cherry/chscake was hard, cold, and stale. I will say when realizing order was incomplete and turning car around to obtain missing items inside they were professional, apologetic, and added more food to order and replacing missing sides. Still even so not impressed with food that I hear people rave about. Maybe if it was fresh and hot I can see its potential.

Weve been here twice. The first time the order went smooth but they forgot the peppers we paid extra for. Unfortunately, we didnt realize this until we got home so that was a loss. The second time we went through the drive through. They asked us to pull into a space and wait. We waited for 20 minutes before we went inside and they didnt even realize we were waiting. It must have been shift change or something. We probably wont go back.

They continue to forget to put items in the bag. The missed a LG Red Beans and LG Mash Potatoes on our order again. I guess they think some people dont want their side dishes. I will never go hear again. The next location is three times further but I will go there next time.

Went to this location. Ordered two 5 dollar boxes. So waited 20 mins for to-go boxes of chicken. Even when ready...didnt call my order number, girl at the front counter stated whos order was it. They were very unorganized, and I probably will not be going their again

Just your everyday not very healthy but tasty fried fast food! Meets the standards that it should unlike most other fast food places for some odd reason. This seems to be one of the decent few. The employees here are decent people too OE just down to earth.
