I went in August 29th 2016. I ordered two chicken breasts in 1 gallon of Sweet Tea. When he handed me the Sweet T through the drive-thru window, it had no markings on it, no labels just a plain jug. I drove around the side to eat my food I examined the jug and found one small expired expiration date on the bottom of the jug. It expired August 10th 2016. Now thats not that long but its what he did after. I drove back through the window and I told him,hey this jug expired and its not even cold. He told me theres no date on the jug I said yes there is look on the bottom. Then he said he put that date on there thats when they made it. Now thats just three seconds after he told me theres no date on there. He then tells me that he takes the jug and pours iced tea in a plain jug and puts a label on it .But he did not put the label on the jug. However the cap was still intact I actually broke the seal on the cap, its BS anyway, they dont fill those jugs and they dont put the labels on them but thats what he told me. So what I suspect what the guys that work there do is buy cheap Ice-T and sell it for their expensive Ice T and pocket the money. I was going to email corporate but their website is just so annoying I cant do it. So, he told me there was no date on there, seconds later he said he put the date on there but didnt put the label on and that they fill the jug themselves with their Ice-T even though the cap was sealed. If they do that, and I know they dont, Im sure the FDA would want to know. I still think its the best chicken around from a fast food chicken place but all of the Popeyes are good. So Im not knocking on Popeyes just the pirates that tried to steal from me. I would give it a four normally but Im giving it a one so that corporate will read this post

This was by far the worst Popeyes experience I have had. I got to Popeyes drive thru at 8:30 and didnt leave until 9:15. I asked the drive thru lady for fresh food cause I like all my food hot and she told me no problem it would be two minutes to pull up to the front that someone would bring my food out to me. So I did as told and I waited for about twenty minutes before going back to the drive thru and asking the lady. The look on her face told me that she forgot that I was waiting for my food. She didnt apologize she just told me it would be out in three minutes to pull up to the front again . But another fifteen minutes passed and I was still waiting. My order wasnt big at all so I couldnt understand why it was taking so long. Finally someone came out with the food and when I checked the bags of course they had my order wrong. I went through the drive thru but there were too many cars so I just decided to get out the car. I knocked on the door and nobody bothered to come open it. I stood for about five minutes knocking before someone opened. I told them they missed my extra biscuits and they gave them to me. Now when I got home. None of the food was hot so I waited all that time for nothing. The chickens were old and dry my fries were warm. Biscuits burnt. This experience has me scorned for real.

The cashier was rude. Acted like she didnt didnt want to work. I changed part of my order, oh that was a mistake and the manager acted like he was put out. Workers wouldnt have a job if people didnt eat at there establishments. Had to ask to repeat order twice because they wont look at you when they talk to you.

I ordered the shrimp poboy sandwich and the shrimp was re-fried. I am so disappointed. The shrimp was all dried out and rubbery. This was the last straw. Why cant staff take pride in the product they are cooking and selling. SMDH! AND YES THEY ALWAYS GET YOUR ORDER WRONG!

The food was good in hot service was okay but look funny when I asked did they cook Fish & Chicken in the same Grease. Only ask that question because I have a sick kid that cant eat fish just have to make sure before you buy

This Popeyes will ALWAYS get your order wrong...the simplest order. Theres also always some super hood people working there. I like Popeyes so I still go there but I definitely sit there and check my bag before I leave.

The two stars are specifically for the food. The service at this Popeyes is consistently bad, inaccurate, and excruciatingly slow. The few times I have ever received good customer service here, are the exceptions.
