I will never go back to this dump! They close the inside at 8pm. So, youre forced to wait on then drive thru. They were rude over the speaker. We placed our order & was told to pull around to the front to wait. The girl brought out our drink, & made my husband get out of the car to retrieve it since I guess she was too lazy to walk down the ramp to our car. It was flat as hell with no ice. Im convinced they gave us a pop that was sitting on their counter all day. She then tells us our food will be right out. We literally waited for 35min before I got fed up & decided to bang on the door. They all saw me, but ignored me & did not open the door to see what the problem was. I waited for the girl to exit the inside to give someone their food, & marched straight in. They look at ME like Im the crazy one, & cop an attitude about how Im not suppose to be in there. I find out they never even made our order & forgot about us. I stay inside watching them make the food since I didnt want them to spit in it. No refund, no money off, nothing. They did apologize, but that was it.. They are never getting my business again.

Let me first say the food is always good...... The problem is the terrible attitudes and wait time from staff. From the speaker to the window I have never had a positive experience. Seems like nothing is ever ready, whether they are busy or not. I waited inside one time for almost 40 minutes for my food. When I asked the manager to do something about the situation, I received an attitude from him. He basically only offered me a pop for the trouble. I contacted corporate unsure of what happened. The only reason theyre even getting two stars is because the food is good.

I just left the Popeyes on Warrensville in Maple Hts and before I could place my order I was told they were only accepting cash. I was holding my debit card in my hand You have signs saying all cards are accepted. I was going to place an order for $70.00.One of the employees was telling a customer something that happen to them in the past which was poor customer service. I went to another store which gladly accepted my card.Too much playing and I will not patronize that store again.

Food is good most if the time except there sides. Customer service is horrible almost every visit. You wait in drive thru more the 15 min to place your order every time I go. It could be extremely cleaner and workers need to go back to wearing gloves and hair nets in all fast food restaurants. Itd disturbing to watch them handle your food with NO GLOVES. THANK GOD I PRAY OVER MY FOOD.

It wasnt a dislike as much as a concern. Tuesdays are their known busiest days. Why do they continue each week to have customers waiting over 15 minutes for mild chicken when that is their staple. It seems to be poor management. Then after having had the customer wait there isnt a courtesy to throw in a couple of biscuits for the inconvenience.

They are always short or dont have something that you want. The ran out of the sauce for the chicken waffle tenders I didnt know until I got to the window I think o would have never ordered if without the sauce. My sister wanted something from there they ran out of that as well. I found hair in my food too. DONT EAT HERE

Just left drive thru, received 3 whole wings under cooked the size of pigeons that are flying around outside, undercooked biscuit. And missing that Louisiana taste. U corporate people need to get on that, it only takes one sour apple to ruin a franchise.

I will give them credit for being polite. The food was decent. The 8 people that came back in for wrong orders was my first cue how the service is ....lacking. Apparently sugar is nonexistent there and u must inform even manager this order is for here.

Never can reach them by phone it is always off the hook, many times I wanted them to cater but they are unreachable by phone. I dont understand, if you cater why wont you hang up your phones to take orders or give out information.

Only time the chicken is good is around 4 pm during the week. ..at night the line is extremely long. Unfriendly staff and the service is terrible and most of all BURNT CHICKEN SMH...the one on Northfield is a little better.

Food was hardly edible !! Chicken was cooked so hard and the oil it was cooked in was rancid !! The beans and rice werent up to the usual Popeyess standard , will not be a returning customer , very disappointed !!
