Husband used to buy from this location a few years ago & always liked it. So stopped by tonight bought a 12 pc w/fries & couple of sides. Didnt have a long drive home thank goodness bc the smell from the food was awful. Smelled like it was cooked in old, burnt up grease. Got home opened the box &, in order to get to the chicken, we had to dig our way through a MASSIVE pile of greasy, limp fries. Chicken itself was greasy and bland. The mashed potatoes were fine. I mean really, how can you go wrong with instant spuds? The gravy though, tasted & looked just like thickened cream of chx soup. Saturday night, no cars in the pkng lot should have been a good sign telling us not to stop. We do not like to waste food but one plate of this greasy, hot mess was enough. Rest going in the trash.

The prices for what you are getting are outrageous. The restaurant is in a very run down building that this company clearly have no interest in cleaning or fixing up. I kept hearing about how great it was - but being new to the area, I was incredibly underwealmed. It must have been one of those things that you needed to grow up eating - good luck trying to choke down these tiny bone filled birds.

Over charged & disgusting! Web site said a 16pc mix was like $27 but got charged over $30! Also had a $5 coupon when I order & TOLD them I had it...but when I pick up they decided the coupon wasnt for what I ordered b-cuz I had sides. Smh! Gonna stick with Gioninos or even KFC! The food was nasty too! Greasy soggy fries & super greasy bland chicken

I ordered a rooster menu on website states 12 pcs. and 4 sides $15.99. 30 minute quote on pick up. $17.99 for 8 pieces of cold dry chicken. Wings were whole. 10 pieces at the most. Coleslaw no juice and fries and chicken looked as if they were reheated in dirty lard. Food should be consistent with the original Barberton location. Very dissapointed

Worst customer service was told 20min ended up waiting 50. No apologies. 2 young guys with smart mouths no respect for customer or what they talk about others can hear. Love the chicken but will never go back due to employee Nts all over wait area I killed 3
