Ive been here 3 times since I first tried it a couple weeks ago. Love the food, the variety and the service. Plus you cant beat a free cookie ;) I absolutely love this place and my boyfriend does too. Guys you need to try this, it may have a girly outlook but the food is amazing esp if youre looking for a good chicken salad. You can get things either by scoop or as a sandwich. They have other things besides chicken salad and everything Ive tried I enjoyed so far. The only con that I have so far is the fact that I love so many of their flavors I just cant choose. I wish they had an option of a sampler to take home so I could have all the flavors and let friends and family try. But I suppose that is what the catering is for! The Fancy Nancy is my favorite so far but I also like about 5 or 6 other flavors that I switch out with The Chick. Happy they dont have delivery because I would be in trouble since I go here so often! XD

The food is just OK. With a name like "Chicken Salad Chick" my wife and I expected an extensive menu of various chicken salads. While there was a list of around a dozen different "varieties" on the menu, they were all mayo based and seemed to use the basic chicken salad version as a base for all of the variations which was disappointing. We wouldve liked to see an avocado or mustard based chicken salad. For sides, my wife got the side salad which had a dressing that was very sweet. I got the broccoli which was heavily doused in a dressing that wouldve been really good if there wasnt so much of it. Unfortunately, I doubt well be back with so many stellar options available at the Town Center.

My goodness, this place is fantastic! I ordered the half sandwich with fruity fran on sour dough bread, the broccoli salad, and received a broccoli and cheddar soup as well by mistake. Everything was wonderful!! The sourdough bread was so soft, chicken salad wasnt overly salted or dry like you find at some restaurants. The broccoli salad had the nicest combination of sweet and savory with the dressing and thick bacon topping. Aaand the soup... Holy cow the accidental soup was awesome. If you love cheese, even if you dont care for broccoli, I could nearly guarantee youll love this soup. Quit reading and go eat! Service was fast and friendly with a smile. Very pleased. :)

Not sure how the establishment is allowed to be ran by 3 teenagers. Me and a guest were the only people in the other night and the girls behind the counter acted like they had better things to do than help a customer. The cashier was snotty, after we got our food I went up to the counter to ask for a pack of ranch and it took at least 10 minutes to get it because they were all in the back talking and goofing off. I got my ranch, and an Old Navy coupon shoved in my face, "some dude wanted us to hand these out so here you go." The food is good so thats why this place gets 2 stars.....wont be going back

Great place if you want fresh, light, healthier food. Theyre super fast and super friend. The food is also delicious!!! You can use the neighboring restaurants wifi and work here too.
