The customer service sucks. We went there around noon today for lunch. From what I could see there were only 3 employees in there. We walked up to the window and the manager was fixing food she looked over at me standing there and continued what she. Was doing. The other two people worked the drive thru. No one acknowledged me at all but the manager kept looking at me and not making any attempt to come to the window. I stood there several minutes. By that time there were 3 people behind me and she ignored all of us. We all left and went to the competitors

I havent been here in a few years because it is so unsanitary. My last visit there was one person out front.He took my order ,assembled it ,and made change all with bare hands. The outdoor area is very trashy also.I wish I could see evidence that safe food handling went on there ,but I dont think the employees have any idea what that is. Very convenient and.thrifty,but no way Im going back.

Just got home spending 15 dollars on food... opened the bag and it was dollar hamburgers...not what I ordered. cold, sloppy, and a quarter of the price I paid, workers standing around talking took forever to get my food. Im not even going to go back to have them fix it because they all seem like the type of people to spit in your food. Shut this place down, Im never going to eat here again.

The service here is terrible. We waited at the order mic for ten minutes and when I made a joke to my friend about how maybe the speaker was broken, the voice came on the box telling me to "Stop being so impatient." I immediately drove away. I do not deserve to be treated so poorly after waiting for so long and waiting very patiently too. Thank you very much!

True hectic poison! Grease upon grease a mess and true evil to the stomach indeed. Some can stand the grease but others will regret the fight their stomach will put up later on. Their fries and food would taste and be so much better without all the grease! Save your stomachs and bathroom trips folks. Leave while you can.

So incredibly slow. Clearly do not understand the meaning of FAST food. Horrible service. Id give zero starts if I could. I think they left to slaughter a cow for my burger. Ive been waiting forever. Only three customers are here! Not even busy and I see why.

I have came to this location 3 times at different times of the day. Each time the cashiers were very unfriendly. The wait for the food was around 10 mins each time. There will not be a 4th time eating here
