Went here for lunch today, and it was by far the worst sit-down dining experience I was ever a part of! Arianna was the server, and she had no right to be a server! The first strike was when water with lemon was asked for, and water was brought, no lemons. When I politely asked for the lemon, she brought 2x slices back, set them down as she was walking off not saying a word. Came back less than a minute after this and asked we were ready to order, I asked for a couple more minutes please. She walked away, and literally 48 seconds later she came back to ask if we were ready to place our order, I know it was 48 seconds due to having the stopwatch on my phone active. Once again, I askedd for a few more minutes to decide. She came back in 2 minutes and 19 seconds this time and we started to place our order, and she announced that there was a special today, the combo was only $9.99 since it was Fathers Day. When placed our order she went back to the kitchen and immediately returned to say that the combo for $9.99 was with fries or chips for a side, and did not include the premium sides... The loaded fries we asked for as a starter were brought first, and with the bacon and cheese on the fries, it still tasted like I was eating Styrofoam! Then the meals came out, I ordered the boneless Asian Sesame wings with a side of macaroni and cheese. I took 1 bite of the boneless wings which were dry and way too over cooked, and all I could taste was burnt spice! It was too hard and too hot to eat. I tried a bite of the mac and cheese, and it was so blab that the cheap box mac and cheese from Aldis has better flavor, and the noodles were not cooked enough! Arianna came by as soon as the food got there, asked how everything was, and we told her the food was just dropped off, no idea! Then not even 2 minutes later, she is there again, asking how everything was. We asked for the check, not replying about the disgusting food, and she replied asking if we needed boxes for the unfinished food. I told her, No! Check, thats all! We left, and I can say with sevcere sincerity that this was the the worst wast of $37.43 I have ever been a part of! I will not be returning to this chain ever again!

The food is better some times than others, but it doesnt really matter; its QSL and were privileged to have it around. A good friend of mine moved out West and constantly complains theres nothing out there like it. Sure its crowded, sure its loud, sure they sometimes have annoying things going on, like karaoke, but thats part of its appeal; its an exciting atmosphere with food thats consistently at least alright, but usually good, if not real good. Best server here is actually a bartender, Jeremy, red hair with glasses. Saddle up to his bar he takes care of his guests real well without being annoying about it like so many phony nice servers.

Was recently there for their wing night where you can get unlimited wings for 14$ and Ive been a pretty regular wing night customer with them for a while now and have never had any issues. This time we were accused of attempting to dine and dash out of no where while we were sitting there eating for no reason what so ever. After that they cut off our service and made us pay ruining our appetite. You cannot just accuse people of things. Especially when Ive been a regular wing night customer there for over a year now. This has turned me away from Quaker greatly.

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday for their lunch buffet at noon. I got a big scoop of their green beans because they didnt look old and when I got back to my table and started eating I noticed something in them. It was a HUGE COOKED MOTH on my plate in my beans about the size of a quarter !! I was so disgusted. We spoke to the DM who said he would take care of our bill but when we went to get up and leave the server hurried over with our check. Yeah, he literally only gave me one buffet off our bill. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

We were in town on business and this was our first time at this restaurant and it will definitely be our last. Service was sub-par due to our servers family being seated at the next table. The server spent more of her time chatting and serving her family then serving the other guests. The wings are said to be their specialty but they are mistaken. The 4-wheeler starter on the other hand was quite tasty. If you like good service and are expecting GOOD chicken wings, do not go to this restaurant, you will be disappointed.

The service was below bad, we started off the night with water getting spilled on our legs. I ordered sweet tea and got unsweet 2 times back to back, we ordered ayce wings, that was the only good part of the night. The waitress neglected to take trash off of our table, we had to put it in her hand nearly. All in all we did receive 20% off of the bill but that doesnt account for everything that happened to us, our change for the bill took nearly 20 minuets to be brought and we left very very unsatisfied.

Sure the restaurant itself was interesting to see. But we had to ask for silverware and refills for our drinks and I didnt get all the food I ordered and yet again, had to ask for it. At first, the food was good but the next day my boyfriend woke up with food poisoning. If I could rate it lower I would. A few words of advice, if you dont want to loose your meal the next day, try Burger King instead.

The food was good. They dont put enough sauce on their wings and Im not one for sending things back. If you order a bucket you only get two sauce options. Other places offer more and send out extra sauce. Our server was ok but she kept reaching over me instead of serving from the empty side of the table. It was annoying when your trying to converse and enjoy time with family.

Eh. Wings are good sometimes if no other customers are there. But they are usually pretty thin. Some of the staff is pretty cool others are just high school kids, just not into it. Eh. Better win places less packed near by. Had a good burger there. Bike night is very white trash, would not bring kids on bike night unless you are white trash then go ahead.

Good nice large dining room decorated with cars & motel cycles suspended from the air! Wings are extra big and sauces galore. They even will let you split the tastes half and half so, everyone can enjoy. Staff is knowledgeable about specials and what come on the over sized hamburgers. Modifications to suit your taste again is the big seller here.

Fun atmosphere, good food and good service. They have a all you can eat buffet mon through Fri for lunch, a all you can eat wing buffet every tues, a crazy fun bike night with bands, vendors, theme nights and a grill outside and Lots of vehicle memorabilia around the inside. Id recommend to anyone looking for something fun to do.
