We have been there two times. My daughter lives in Canal Fulton, so when we visit her from our home near Youngstown we like to find cool places we have not tried before to have lunch. We stumbled on this barbecue and we loved it. Our 2nd visit my husband came along and when we were trying to think of where to get dinner I suggested we take hubby to the BBQ place... He loved it, he couldnt say enough. My mother lives in Cleveland and she wants to go out to try it since we talked about it so much. I am only giving it a 4 star and not 5 due to I have not liked the mashed potatoes either time. This doesnt mean someone else would not like them but since I was the only one at my table that ordered them I have no one to confirm their view of the taste. However, both times my daughter got the french fries and she loved them, that will be my next choice and believe me there will be a next time. I think they would have switched them out if I had asked, but my goodness there was so much food I would never had eaten anything else. Now atmosphere. The service is a little slow, but like my daughter said she didnt notice due to the fact it gives us more time to visit. If someone were in a hurry it would probably be better to call ahead and have it ready. The servers are all wonderful people, one of the owners has been there both times and came to our table to visit, and was very delightful, joking around with our 5 year old grand daughter. It is roomy and we love it. It is kid friendly, our 2 and 5 year old grand children can get down in the corner where we sit due to having kids, and they play with their toys while we finish eating, no one cares, of coarse we do not allow them to run around. I will say it is the best BBQ I have had in a long time. We had the ribs the first time and burnt ends the second time. The ribs were so good, but I have to say I loved the burnt ends. I think I will try the chicken next visit. The prices are good. They have an on line menu. On average depending on what a person gets it goes from $9-$15.

I used to be a huge fan of this place a few years ago. Visiting the new location was not so great. Although the staff was friendly and the food was decent. The building is old and pretty dirty. The floors are gross and the tables were sticky. A few tables hadnt been bussed and there was a little girl running around. They definitely took a major leap back. Now to the food. We both ordered the gut buster which was always my favorite bc you get a nice mix of meats and theyre really big portions. The pulled pork was dry and lacking any flavor. The chicken was bland inside other than a strange chicken liver type of after taste. Brisket had good flavor and was flakey, which I dont know is a good thing. It was pretty dry. The ribs were also kinda dry. It didnt seem this place gets much traffic. Which would explain the drying out of the meat it probably sits for a long time. The mac and cheese was surprisingly good. Considering the cheese texture is more of that like fluffy sticky cream. (I usually prefer oozy and stringy.) It hadoesnt good flavor and the noodles wire cooked perfect. Im pretty disappointed Im hoping that they make a comeback.

Ive been wanting to try it for a while. I shouldve waited longer, or better yet, never. I ordered the two meat combo got smoked turkey and brisket (Ive had the ribs at the canton ribs burnoff), the turkey was mediocre at best, the brisket was so overcooked it was unbelievable. A bbq joint with bad brisket? Must be too far north. The sauces were ok I found myself cutting the sauces with the other choices to make them palatable. All in all the only things id get from there is the sweet potatoe casserole and cherry fanta they were fantastic, too bad I wont be making a trip back.

Went there because we got a free sandwich the day after the Charge game. Food quality was OK, nothing special. Only three sauces to choose from. Also, seemed a bit overpriced. The regular pulled pork sandwich was $6 for a little bit of meat and a grocery store bun. Luckily, we got ours for free. Also, we paid over $2 per soft drink. Wouldnt go back due to price and small amount of food. Would choose Old Carolina due to the better menu. Also, I find it curious that there are a bunch of anonymous 5-star reviews on here that have no comments whatsoever. Seems suspicious.

My husband got the ribs and they were simply TERRIBLE!!!!! So tough that he couldnt eat them and no sauce at all. When he took them up to ask if they should be falling off the bone tender, the girl behind the counter said they could make some for him in a few minutes. HOW do you do that? He asked for his $ back. They asked him if MY meal was satisfactory and he said it was, but just then I walked up with ICE COLD mac-n-cheese. We just asked for all our $ back, which was $32.00 for only TWO PEOPLE!!!!! We will never go back.

Two Fat Guys BBQ catered our wedding and it was phenomenal! We got the brisket and smoked turkey along with the mac & cheese, sweet potato casserole, salad, and mixed veggies. Everything was delicious! We even added veggie trays for appetizers at the last minute and Two Fat Guys delivered! The staff was very kind and helpful and hard working. We had absolutely no worries with dinner having Two Fat Guys BBQ there!

They recently moved a couple doors down to a larger place. Had the brisket sandwich, creamy cole slaw, sweet potato casserole, corn bread, and sweet tea - it was all great! The sandwich was stacked high - pulled half of it off to eat it. Friendly staff. Fast service. Nice atmosphere. Clean - even the restroom. Im hooked!

Great food and family atmosphere. If you leave here hungry, you forgot to order. The entertainment is top notch too. We just went for magic night with the kids. They had at least 5 preformers while we were there. Go check them out! Delicious food at very reasonable prices!

This place is a take out bbq place.that happens to have a dining area. The pulled pork sandwiches are good. The beans are fantastic. The reason I gave it 3 stars is the care for the building and the cleanliness. Also, we found a black curly hair in our food.

Wife said she wanted ribs. I Googled "best ribs in Canton" and this came up. We gave it a shot and it was great. The service was fantastic. My daughter insisted on getting bacon as a side and they hooked us up. The food was amazing. Highly recommend it.
