This place was a pleasant surprise! We were there around 10pm on a Thursday night and there were about 4-5 people other than ourselves there. The restaurant is really three connected spaces. A celebration space with a dance floor, a restaurant and a soon-to-be market featuring organic meats. We ordered the vegetable samosas which arrived hot and in a timely manner. The stuffing was the classic peas and potatoes seasoned with curry and tasted delicious. The pumpkin soup consisted of a base of bouillon and noodles with pumpkin puree blended in. It was warm, seasonal and tasty. As an entrée we tried a variety of grilled meats, the beef boti, which was extremely tender and, although I’m not certain, seemed to be prepared with papaya paste which serves to tenderize the beef protein into a very soft consistency almost like liver. This was hot and grilled to medium well temperature. The Malai chicken boti was sublime! It was tender cutlet of chicken breast, marinated in yogurt, garlic paste and several other traditional spices then grilled to perfection. The Chicken Reshmi is similar in some ways to the Turkish “Adana” kebab. It consists of ground, marinated chicken mixed with savory herbs and spices then hand-formed into a kebab skewer and grilled. This was mouth-watering and delicious. The meats were served on a bed of spiced basmati rice and a side of fresh vegetable salad. We also wanted to try an Indian classic, the Tandoori chicken. The chicken was marinated perfectly and was coated with Tandoori spices and baked. It was moist, tasty and well-seasoned. Apparently the chef is a master of the marinade because all the meats we tasted were marinated to perfection, which can be an art in itself and an often undervalued step in the cooking process. In an area with many restaurant choices, this is a welcome addition with delicious food. Definitely worth a try!

The food was 3 out of 5. The rice was cold. The chicken pizza only had chicken on half the pizza. The pizza also didnt taste great The barbecue whole chicken was very good. And the manchurian was alright. So the food wasnt fresh except for the whole chicken. The reason Im giving a one star was the service itself. First of all there was no one but a group of 7 in the restarant and one teenage waiter. We came in and ordered. We had to wait for 30 minutes before the other group got food. So it took ours longer to make (forgivable because there was a big group before us). When we got the food we still didnt get any water or even been asked for a drink. Then we asked for some extra Naan and sauce. We only got the sauce. Dont know where the Naan went. Finally we ordered four dishes but only got 3 of them. When we got the bill we told the waiter and he said he did send us our 4th dish. He soon realized he didnt make the dish and gave us money back. THEN he charged us for some coffee that we never ordered. We asked about it and he accidentally charged us for another groups order. So i think that the food is ok but because of the service, its not worth it. It seems like the workers are either cheating us or not good at this. Also some of the EXTREMELY positive reviews seem fake. Sorry but go somewhere else.

I have traveled across the US extensively, and literally eaten at every single Indian/Pakistani/Middle Eastern restaurant in cities like San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, Bay Area, etc. and every other restaurant elsewhere. Was reading reviews and wondering why some customers gave this place low rating because I have eaten at this place at least 20 times within last couple of months and their food has always been top notch + authentic .. Maybe once in a while type of experience some people got or out of state customers ended up comparing it to some of the best restaurants in places like new York? My experience with halal restaurants from Tampa to Orlando had been very different though. Maybe it is my own taste but Chaska grill I found to be the best restaurant from Tampa west to Orlando east. There were times when I drove more than 80 miles round trip to eat here because no other restaurant gave me the taste and service I was looking for .. You can blame my sense of taste but l found the food to be top notch always hence the review and 5 stars from a repeat customer .. Only thing I could think of was kids serving here lack experience but you have to start somewhere. People reviewing their service should think about their own expertise when they started their career.

We came to Orlando and tried to find a good place after spending whole day at a theme park,we read some good review (which I think posted by the 6-7 family member that own this resturant),so we decided to go there,we ordered chicken soup ,it was below average full of eggs,in a whole big bowl I had 1 half inch of chicken piece ,they should say it egg soup because it taste and smell like eggs...ewww.next we order Manchurian beff ,Nan and chicken Tikka platter.ahhh .the order arrive in about an hour (imagine after walking All day in a theme park 1 hour wait for food ) so the food arrive....Nan looks like grocery store pre-cooked frozen nans, being warmed up,and served ,the chicken Tikka looked terribble ,I touch it and had cold sport proved was frozen and being warmed up and served, the Manchurian beef,I think they bought some grocery store ManchuRian sauce ,throw the beef in it and tried to cook it and it still was hard to chew, one of my kids choked during trying to swallow it.thats what we get after about 1 HOUR of wait, that is the MOST horrible experience we ever had in a resturant across USA as we have been travelled to many cities.we paid 60$ BILL COMPLETE WATE OF MONEY,DO NOT GO THEIR TO WASTER YOUR MONEY ,and choking possibilities !!!!

Horrible waiters. Horrible service. My experience there as the first restaurant to go to in Orlando with probably my worst restaurant experience in general. The waiters are the worst especially. There is this dude with a buzz cut who is very socially awkward, for an example when I said that I want chat masala he looked down and stared all of us like we were going insane then left to get it without saying anything and there is a girl waitress who omg dont even get me started fam, when we said we want chaat masala with the chaat (hence the name chaat), she went and got chai like df how are you getting chai from chaat masala? And I even pointed to the chaat. There is also like no room to eat and the place is pretty ratchet, they use poor plastic chairs from the ghetto and Im pretty sure they got all of their silverware from the junkyard. The place looks like a jungle, and why the hell is there a random projector and a random theme.

Worst restaurant I have ever visited. They have no idea how to serve customers. Their food is bad. We ordered Chicken Karahi, Chicken Biryani, Goat Karahi, Chicken Lowmain. Both Chicken and Goat meat had bad odor. I believe they boil the meat and then freeze it for future use. For Biryani, they use boiled rice and pour some curry on it. Their staff have no idea about restaurant business. We asked for water and did not get it for half an hour, until I screamed on the server to get it. They served food without bread. After waiting about 15 minutes, I called server and said, what about our Naans (bread)? He goes oh let me see. Then he brought our bread. In short, dont waste your money at this place. You are better off with Mcdonalds instead. Shahzad Aslam Burtonsville, Maryland
