The last time I had Panda Express was in a food court years ago. When a stand-alone restaurant opened up near me, I figured Id give it a try. The layout and design of the place is nice, but thats not what Im here for. I decided to get the Bigger Plate so I could try a variety (3) of the entrees and a side. I wanted to get the Beef and Broccoli, Mushroom Chicken, and Orange Chicken. You would think with it being lunch time this wouldnt be an issue, but they were out of my first two options. Ok, moving on, I guess Ill get some of the Spicy Chicken and one of the Shrimp entrees. Turns out thats an extra $1.25. Well, thats not cool. The price isnt an issue here, its the fact that I wouldnt have gotten it if my original selections were available. The total came to about $10.50 (no drink), I pay and go to get a fork and napkin and the condiments area is in total disarray. Random napkins and forks laying around with soda spilled on the counter. After grabbing the napkin and fork, I look around to find a place to sit. Then I notice that this is probably one of the dirtiest restaurants I have been to in a long while. There was food on nearly every single table that wasnt occupied, as well as the floor in the general walk-in areas, and under tables. Napkins and wrappers and crushed fortune cookies were even under some of the tables. With all of that being said the food was okay. Nothing to write home about. Not great, not bad. It just felt like I was paying more for what I could have gotten at a Mall food court, along with a slightly dirty feeling to go with it. If they can manage to keep the food stocked and keep the dining area clean, Im sure they will do just fine, but I will say for this trip anyway, I was less than impressed.

This past Sunday my daughter and I were getting home late from the days activities and decided to give them a try. There was one car in front of us at the drive thru speaker and he drove away. We werent sure what was going on, but pulled up. Without a welcome or hello the girl on the other end told us they were closing in 30 minutes and our choices were limited. She basically began telling us what they had left. I couldnt believe this. I laughed and said, "Well my kid wants teriyaki chicken. Do you have that?" She said no, then told me to wait...she thinks they are making more, she wasnt sure. But they should have enough rice to go with it. Really? I didnt pull up 2 minutes before closing. If you wanna close at that time, then close up a half hour earlier. Like the guy ahead of us, we said screw this place. Theres plenty of other places to spend our money in the Belden area. Ive worked a lifetime in retail management and I can understand them not wanting to waste food, but turning away two customers in two minutes? And that girl on the drive thru wouldve been gone in a heartbeat if I were her boss and heard that nonsense. Well never be returning!

Never again! White steamed rice was dry and under cooked...I have home made rice in my fridge that is several days old and tastes better reheated. The staff was willing to get your order but had no friendly personality whatsoever. (Dry attitudes...like their white rice!) My husband had a plate and only ate about half his food and threw the rest out. That has never happened anywhere else! He loves Chinese food. We will stick with Katanas...they have good food! (They could use some customer service skills as well though)Only thing I liked at all was the rangoons. Will never recommend this place or go back!! Only giving one star because I cant post this with no stars. Oh and I should let you know that there was a HAIR in my egg roll (not mine)....disgusting...couldnt wait to get home and brush my teeth and gargle after eating there. There was eight people I counted working behind the counter...I would have fired them all if it was my place. This was the Panda Express on Dressler Rd in North Canton Ohio. Dont eat there!

My experience at the New Panda Express in Canton Ohio was very unsatisfactory. Well my buddy nick got a bowl and they filled it half way like a bunch of cheapskates and then he asked for more and they said "well if you wanted more you should have gotten the plate and not the bowl." Then as we were eating our rubber chicken 2 employees who were refilling the pop machine bent down right in front of us and proceeded to flash us their rear ends. Thats exactly the atmosphere that I want to be in when trying enjoy a half full bowl of rubbery chicken. Terrible food, terrible service, terrible manors. GARBAGE!! To top it all off when i went to throw away my rubber chicken that belonged the trash in the first place the garbage can was overflowing. So i proceded to shove my whole arm in the can trying to compress it and I was stabbed in the arm by a rusty pipe. Why on Gods holy earth is there a rusty pipe in a Chinese food trash can. This dump was better off before as a deserted parking lot. What a waste of real estate.

Decent priced fast food. Dont go here for fine dining, its a good place to go for a fast meal. The menu is limited, which is nice, you dont need a ton of options when you are ordering food on the go. It is set up exactly like Chipotle, you get a few choices, and off you go. Nice, friendly staff and the food is always consistent and good. My only complaint is the wait. 15 min wait in the drive through before I even order is not good. Still a fun place to go.

Some of the items they had were a bit dry, probably from sitting out a little too long but they let us sample anything we wanted and that let us pick the freshest menus items. I went with the "two main, one side" option and it was well more than enough to fill me up and provide me with a snack later. The prices are a bit more than i remember but the flavors made it justifiable. The dining area was clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and inviting.

Even though its new in town, I was hoping for a good "go to" place for Chinese food. Upon opening, the drive thru wasnt opened yet, causing it to be mayhem inside at all hours that Ive visited. Lines were all the way to the doors when stopping in multiple times around 11, 3, and 8. The food itself was decent, but to me it didnt taste any different then some other places around town. I had high hopes for this place and it was more of a let down.

I dont recommend anyone eating here. They mess up their employees pay check and give them the run around. Have them call corporate payroll but you only get voice mail. Waited all weekend for a return call. Monday evening still no pay. Come on people. You have kids working these jobs that have a family and really depend on their pay. Not to mention Christmas is 2 weeks away.

Can be a hit or miss depending on when you go. It can have a ridiculously long line during peak lunch or dinner times, and service seems to suffer a little then. Go when theyre just opening, or shortly after a rush when they probably have fresher food out and its wonderful. They have stuffed the bowl full to the point the lid almost doest fit.
