They are very slow and very inconsistent. I went once a few months ago thinking I would try them since I was new to the area. The food was fair and it took over 45 minutes to get the wings and fried rice. I said then, "this place sucks!" I have been recently had a cold and wanted to run out and grab some soup. They cant screw up a soup order right? Well, after 30 minutes of just watching them take different orders and passing them out, I had had enough. (My fever was in full swing and the meds were wearing off.) "What happened to my soup?" She asked, "What did you order and did you pay?" Seriously!!! I will NOT return and I advise you not to go unless you want to wait 30-45mins for fair Chinese food.

This place is my local spot. I’ve been ordering from these guys for over two years. They are very consistent, the customer service is top notch. They are very affordable, so I don’t know why they are listed as $$. My food is always piping hot, well cooked, and evenly sauced. I am very particular about how I like my vegetables. I hate when they are mushy or raw and crunchy. It’s always perfect. Sometimes they get busy because they’re amazing. The delivery time can be up to 45 min, but they’re worth the wait. I’d rather wait for good food. I love that they haven’t raised their prices despite being very busy in a tough, competitive industry.

Wish I could give negative stars. To start $24 for 2 combos and some ragoons?!?! Told 45 mins to deliver, after an hour and 5 mins, I called and was told on their way already. Another 35 mins pass before dude showed up with an attitude like I was bother him for ordering. Found hair in BOTH, YES BOTH combos, the rangoon were raw inside as well as were the egg rolls. Not even one sauce or fortune cookies in the bag. Called to complain and was hung up on!! WOW. I dont know how this place is still in business. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!

There are plenty of places in the Orlando area that claim to have New York style Chinese food, but this is the only one Ive tried so far that comes close. Everything Ive tried tastes just like it does back home. Be careful if you order delivery though. They average about 45 minutes to an hour delivery time and theyve recently started to quietly charge an unadvertised delivery fee; Theres no mention of it on their menu and they wont tell you about it unless you ask or check the receipt after the fact.

I have a shellfish allergy. I asked if there was shellfish in the egg rolls. I was told no. The food was delivered and we started eating and discovered that there in fact was shrimp in the egg rolls. Almost had to use my Epi-pen. I will never order from here again. The person taking orders over the phone is extremely rude and barely speaks english. When I called to let them know about their mistake all I heard was yelling and "What you want" repeated over and over. Never again.

They are getting a 1-star based on their customer service. They are located 8 minutes from our place and our first order took 40 minutes to get here. Our second order? Well, Ill have to let you know when I find out myself. Its been an hour and 15 minutes, and still nothing. When I called at an hour in, I was told "theyre on theyre way, bye" with no apologies. On that note, their food is delicious. Just pick it up instead.

The customer service is AWFUL!!!!! This evening we were advised our order would be delivered in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later I call to inquire & then tell me 15 more minutes! When asking to speak to speak to a manager, I was hung up on. When asking to cxl my order upon call back, I was hung up on! The manager refused to speak with me or offer apologies. Your money is better spent at Wendys!

Went to pick up dinner and took a chance since it was near my hotel. It was great!!! I am super picky and everything was better than expected. I would definitely return. Very fresh! Great flavors! Huge portions. Highly recommend! More of a take out place then an eat in place. Oh, and they take AMEX. Hard to find in Chinese restaurants.

Used to be the best place in town and I would give 5 stars if this was a year ago. Theyre always busy with pick-up orders, which is perfectly fine, and the food is always hot. Quality has dropped in the last 6 months, though. The food has been extra oily and has lead to a few upset stomachs.

The portions are more than generous. If you get soup with the lunch, its plenty for 2. New folks running/owners are very nice, food is a bit bland. Call ahead, even if dining in as the kitchen can get backed up if you are on a time schedule. They are quite nice about special requests!!!!!

Ordered lunch from here after seeing the other review, this really good Chinese. Had the Kung Pao Shrimp; prepared with nice ingredients and the largest shrimp Ive had at this pricepoint. Spring roll had another HUGE, fresh shrimp in there. Ill be back!

Best Chinese food Ivd had in Orlando! Tastes like best restaurants in San Franciscos Chinatown. The Cashew Chicken is to die for. Yum. Generous portions, low prices. Terrific. Chicken melts in your mouth. Highly recommend

Sent me the wrong order then when I called back had to wait an hour for redelivery. Asked several times for hot mustard on both calls and extra soy sauce never got either. Guy who answers the phone doesnt care.

There was nothing wrong with the service provided, however, the food was not great. Im not sure if I got a bad batch or if the food is always of poor quality, but it was bad enough for me to not go back.

I ordered the bourbon chicken and the chicken was so dry and the sauce was terrible. Had like a rotten smell and taste. Maybe its just the item I ordered but man it was awful not even my dog would eat it.

The only thing we could eat was the egg roll and rice. Worst lo mein Ive ever ordered couldnt even eat it the smell alone made me want to throw it straight in the trash. Dont order here, please!!!

I have no idea how they fit SO much food in those tiny boxes. I swear its like magic ;D they offer very generous portions for a really great price. The quality is just as good as the quantity!!

2nd time trying this place after a good firs experience. Love the Hot & Soup! Noodles dont taste old. Prices are cheaper compared to other locations nearby. Walk-in order was done quickly.

Very bad. The fried rice is more like Spanish yellow rice. The lo mein was poor quality, as was the crab rangoon. And the dumplings are in a super thick dough with icky filling. Skip it.

Takes forever to deliver. Found hair inside my egg roll, no way the hair could be mines because the hair was black and deep into the vegetables sooooo gross! Never ever ever ever again
