Nasty nasty nasty. Food on the buffet was Dry af bbq. Undercooked veggies. Spoiled tea. And a waitress that is brain dead. Do not eat here. Had enough of the BS in the restaurant. So went to get bread and sandwich meat from the store. Bologna and ham 3 months past expiration date. The pre-made sandwiches 2 months past expiration date. Im glad I got juice to drink. There has to be something in the water up here. All the local drivers were sick. Or it could have been the poisonous food they were serving.

Waitress was outstanding. Ida that rang us up was rude with a horrible attitude along with her manager Melissa. Was more impressed that "Manager Melissa" stood up and wasnt still slumped across the counter on the phone for another hour. Called twice and the phone rang so long it disconnected. Husband walked in on his phone calling Petro Iron Skillet (3rd time) and his phone call still unanswered as "Manager Melissa" was slumped on the counter with the phone stuck to her ear giggling. WOW

The service department is incompetent and unprofessional to say the least. A simple valve stem job turned into a 3 hour stay with the same questions being asked over and over. What is happening to this nation, has everyone traded their brains for a buffet of complacency and self inflicted stupidity? How can you forget to put my name in the computer and call me when a stall is open? I was the only one in line, kinda hard to miss me. But, wait, the abovementioned explains it perfectly.

This is an alright place for a 10 but I wouldnt 34 here. Portion sizes are too small in the Iron Skillet, the showers are kind of small and cramped and there is NO stable, reliable WiFi here. NONE. If you paid for a month of access like I did do not expect to use it at this location. Stay at TA 10 miles to the east. Last I knew their WiFi worked but I havent been there in a while. Staff is very nice and friendly. I hope TA Petro fixes these issues so that can keep their jobs.

I had a question for the manager about the fuel prices diesel read 3 dollars in 84 cents a gallon on the road sign. when I asked her about the price difference she was very rude .if she is the acting manager they need to replace her she does not have customer service skills at all.I think she forgot who pays her check. I will do my best never the shop there for fuel again

Out-of-date showers only one restroom under construction when theres a thousand people here restaurant sucked wait staff was great but the cook needs to get a different job order country fried steak with eggs and it took 45 minutes for something that takes 20 minutes ordered over easy eggs they were over medium hash browns were terrible

Poor. I asked for help in buying a power cord and they were very nonchalant about it and said that that the person to open the case would be out shortly and finally when it was purchased and tested it failed. The products are very high in price but second/third hand and does not work. I had to return and just go to Walmart

My husband and I stopped in to the Iron Skillet for breakfast to go. We ordered French toast platter and a sider order of hash browns. What we asked for eggs sunshine up but yolk not to runny, scramble eggs please do not cook hard soft fluffy and hash browns with green peppers and onions but cook medium not burnt. OMG

Well I dropped $155 on my CB there to fix it, boost it & have him match my whips. Come to find out that my bluetooth mike was messed up. So I had it temporary replaced at Elton, MD at that CB shop... So I still had to buy and replace my cobra Bluetooth mike. So this CB guy is still a good man to take your CB to...

Really nice truck stop clean nice restaurant the only problem theres only 3 polite people that work in the whole place the rest of them need to really understand what customer service is all about most are rude crude and have no business working in customer service otherwise this is a great truck stop

Nice easy Clean place to get popcorn, sandwiches, candy, Ice Cream etc. We make this one of our regular stops because it is so clean and easy. My wife loves the popcorn and the cashiers are always helpful and friendly.
