DISAPPOINTED Red lobster does not accept reservations however they do have call ahead. Our family party of 12 made did the call ahead the 15th for sept. 16 my brothers birthday. We showed up at 530 to tell them we were there etc. they said it would just be a few mins and they would have us set up. One hr goes by and we start asking whats goin on. Other parties our size etc were goin back and we were they before them and they were just putting their name in. After being seated at 730 we placed orders etc. our menus were left on our table and servers used our table to take some off and put back?!? Then another server handed us boxes and bags w biscuits BEFORE we even got our food. It was taking for ever so I asked the manager if she could check on our food she came back said it was coming up and that she would take 20% off our bill and give my brothers for free. Also 930p the manager comes over and asked if it was worth the wait. I kinda laughed. We had 4 little kids w us one that slept thru dinner because of time. Another that we couldnt calm because she was so hungry and tired. The other 2 were tryin to be good but thats a very long time for little kids to be good!!!! And its endless shrimp and we didnt even get what shrimp we ordered half the time! Needless to say we wont be coming back for awhile. So very disappointed especially since this is our go to place.

The waitstaff of Red Lobster is ignorant to my needs and seem in an ethereal trance. However, the Cheddar Bay Biscuits are amazing. I go exclusively for them, ordering extras specifically. My record is 8 orders of those gooey, cheesy, fun-balls. I would trade 12 years off my life for a refill of Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I buy the mix, but its not the same. One time i ate so many , started chocking on them, and required the use of my iced tea and kiddie menu to dispose of the wasted ambrosia. The lobsters are fun to look at also, and since experiencing biscuit-palooza, Ive gained approximately 24 pounds. Everything has a trade off i suppose, and Im not stopping any time soon.

Did the call ahead seating. Birthday dinner for my mom who turned 88. 530 time was told may have to wait a few minutes but only one other party coming in at 5. Got there at 520. Guess what no place to put us together or wait about an hour. People in groups of 4 or 6 placed in areas where larger groups could go. Had to sit back to back in booths. Froze due to the draft. Not one manager asked us anything. No offer of sorry from any of them. Food was ok, waitress ok but management needs to monitor what is going on at front counter, very disappointed in it all. Sorry mom. Next year will not be doing Red Lobster.

Had dinner at the bar because there was a "45" minute wait that night (apparently this is the only restaurant in town) and basically got ignored the entire dinner. The lobster bisque was cold, and it took forever to get our food. The mojitos were really good. It just seemed like the servers were young and uninterested in any sort of customer service. Wasnt the worst, but leaves a lot to be desired also.

Just came from church to hear a female server cuss the bartender out and use God #%&@ in front of me. I will probably not be going to this restaurant again. Was my favorite place. Not eating here again and one of the managers, Jody Gump said he would address the situation, but also asked if I was one of Ruben Colons regular? What does that matter?! Disrespectful and I will not be coming back again!!!

Seats and tables in booths are tiny, just enough room for two kids, kinda tight for adults. Service is great and so as the food, didnt have to wait very long right after busy hours and couple parties attending. Food is great for seafood lovers, but the place needs uplifting with more room, this is America, more room is better, lol.

Food was terrible and the service was fair. Ordered surf and turf and they brought out their version with shrimp not lobster. Really!!!! Would be nice to know someone at red lobster is trying to be creative and change what all of America knows as surf and turf. Wont be going back any time soon.

If your looking for meal in a dirty, un-organized, poorly managed restaurant then you have found your place. Food was not bad but it is extremely apparent there is absolutely no management or training with staff. I dont want to be a hater but its so bad that I have to comment.

The restaurants outdoor eating area is situated with a obscure view of a pristine lake. Nature awaits as Canadian Geese families roam the property and await a snack. Would definitely recommend this Red Lobster as #1, oh by the way the food is Awesome as well as the service!

My family meets about 5 times a year. We have 8 in our group. This is the first restaurant in 3 years that was absolutely 100% on it. Everything was perfect. Im still absolutely amazed and will make it our meeting place from now on. Thank you for a great experience.

Updated their menu. Shrimp was not over cooked. Hard to find now of days around here. Waitress was VERY nice. Sat outside, great atmosphere. Beer was cold & food was good & hot. What more could you ask for. Will definitely go back after this experience.

Terrible! Waitress was clueless and couldnt remember anything. Ordered shrimp linguini, it was more like shrimp noodle soup, runny and taste horrible. Ordered stuff mushrooms for appetizer and it was all filler with no cheese. Total waste of money.

Really good food, however our waitress brought out something we did not order. My husband ask what they did with the food they took back, and the waitress said she would harvest it , it would be froze and served again. I found that apalling.

The bar area has no idea how to mix a drink. I mean it, how embarrassing. Never get a drink while you wait for a table. They do not know how to mix anything listed in their menu. They can hardly twist off a beer cap.

Amazing Dinner with my lovely bride to be. Our server Tammy was amazing!!! I will highly recommend this place to everyone. My steak was cooked perfectly we didnt wait or want for anything. Loved it!
