This place is awesome. Best service I ever had in a chain restaurant. My server was prompt and the food was in front of me within 10 mins. I would give this place six stars except for the fact that the guy sitting behind us smelled so bad that I couldnt eat my meal. The staff understood and moved me to another table. Shortly the fat smelly guy left and got into a really nasty looking mustang with this lady that Im pretty sure was a lot lizard. After noticing the back of the car was full of trash bags. I felt bad cause it was more than apparent that he was homeless and in of a hot shower and clean clothes. In the end I was still completely satisfied with how the staff cater to my needs. God bless IHOP and its impeccable staff.

My family and I recently visited Ihop in Richmond,Indiana. The service was impeccable. The order was correct, and the food came to us in a timely manner. It was cooked to order and was very good. The male waiter, Morgan was very personable and attentive. He checked on us frequently but was not bothersome. He anticipated our needs and was Johnny on the spot. He was very friendly, but professional at the same time. He treated my mother with respect and treated my kids the way I would. I will definitely be back, and I will definitely ask for Morgan the waiter!

Service was 5 stars but received 3 because there was only one waitress (working her butt off!) and probably one cook running the entire place. We waited for awhile *not waitresses fault* and everything was delayed for obvious reasons. I put this on management; having worked in the food industry myself a handful of years. Corine gets 5 stars and is an all star. She deserves better treatment than this. That aside; food was fantastic and better than expected. Corine delivered very well for the circumstances and was nonstop with all of her tables.

We come here every Saturday with our granddaughter. We live in between this one and the new one in Beavercreek, OH. I refuse to change. The food is always good. Some Saturdays are busier than others, but the wait is generally much shorter than most restaurants which serve breakfast. If they go on a wait list, they make every attempt to keep things rolling. Like with anywhere, if the kitchen is understaffed, itll take some time to get your food. But most servers are friendly and for us, its worth the wait on those few occassions.

T O O S L O W . The food took an entire half hour, and our waitress had voluntary attention problems. She ended up being given a disappointing tip of only 3%. We never give any more than they deserve. The food was good. Ill give them that, and they made the effort to stop an incorrect order successfully, but I couldve gone to McDonalds and eaten there. It wouldve tasted just as good, give or take, and I would have been home by now. Rank B, and thats being generous, mainly because Ive always liked iHop.

not enough cream for one pancake, enough syrup for 2 more servings. The crepes tasted like rotten egg, with barely any sauce, ordered 15 minutes ahead, took an extra 10 minutes getting it ready, took 3 minutes getting my change, come home in 5 minutes, and its all soggy and luke warm. paid 16 bucks for a 6 dollar meal that I would return even if it was 6 dollars, never going there again. the employees look like drug junkies and i can just tell they really dont care. what a hopeless franchise.

We go to IHOP regularly and always have very good food and fantastic service! When there, we ALWAYS ask to be placed in Anthonys section. He is the best server by far. Always very professional yet personable. He definitely deserves more than the $2 plus per hour. He is very attentive but not overly so. I would give 10 stars if possible. There are very few times we give a $10.00 tip but this is when we do. The food ìs always great too to match the service.

Service was terrible. We got seated and then no one ever came back around. We sat there for 20 minutes before we got up and left because we were just watching the servers in the back stand around and talk. They were not bust as there were only 5 other parties in the whole place who were already eating. Dont know why we were ignored. We left and went to Steak N Shake next door. Will never go back. I have never been to an IHOP and will not be returning ever.

I love the food at IHOP, I hope to eventually try everything on their menu, so far everything I have ordered there has tasted great, the food is always hot and ready shortly after I place an order, their desserts are great too,,,the people that work at IHOP are always smiling and very friendly, I wish more places had servers like the ones at IHOP, really great place to eat !

This place was AWFUL!! We finally offered to pay for our coffee and leave. The food was awful tasting and stone cold. A frozen banquet dinner would have tasted better. There were very few patrons and the waitress was mean and stated "I have 3 tables ahead of you". No one was being seated and the staff was fu...ng off in the back kitchen. I will never go there again.

The salad was brown and disgusting . It should never had made it to the table. The server did apologize. We then ordered are main meal. We sat next to the kitchen door and could see in. Our meals sat on the ledge for 10 Mina. The one cook asked one if the servers who they belonged to. When the food finally got to our table it was cold. Poor service....poor food.

Every time I come here to eat I get a horrible server who always gets our order wrong, never comes back to check on us, and it takes us about 20min to get seateded. Last time we visited they dropped my military ID down the drain and i had to get a new one made. I see them goofing off then make an excuse when it takes them 20 min to bring us one item we requested.

Sat night we were told there was only one waiter and that there was no guaranteed that we would get our food. There were large groups coming back from the B1G game.. we left and went somewhere else, makes me wonder if they even try to pay attention to local events I am sure they lost at least a couple hundred bucks that night.

Hiring manager Chris pew sexually harasses his employees. He thinks he is above and beyond the rules. He has admitted to the waitresses that he spits in the customers food if they have a complaint about their meal. This place is horrible and needs to,be shut down. The several times I have been there only had 1 good waitress.

Food was good but I thought I was eating in the waiting room of a obgyn office. One waitress would not shut up about babbies and what not. The whole place knew all about her kids and their baby weights by the time she was done. Also server kept coming back every 30 seconds. I bet they asked a dozen times if we were fine.
