I love Chipotle in general but this particular store is AWFUL!! Their customer service is horrible. They are rude and they rush through orders, making the food sloppy and unappetizing! They have messed my order up each time Ive went there but last night in particular I had 5 different burritos and bowls and they messed up every single one. The bowls were very meager and half the portion they should have been. As if that wasnt bad enough, when I called the Manger to try and rectify the situation he was extremely rude and defensive. He refused to fix the order and made it seem like it was my fault that they messes everything up. He also refused to give me the corporate number, claiming that he was the manager, supervisor, and general manager and insisting that there was no one above him that I could talk to. I will never go back to the Harrison Chipotle!!

I have been to many Chipotles across America because i do enjoy traveling with my Fiance. We live in West Harrison, Indiana and this happens to be the closest Chipotle to us. The service is undeniably terrible. I can count dozens of times our order has been shortchanged (lack of chicken and rice) or completely forgetting to add an ingredient. There has also been multiple times where the manager (heavier-set woman with tattoos) has been yelling at the top of her lungs at her employees while their are many customers in the restaurant. Clearly just unprofessional. This restaurant in Harrison, Ohio is hands down, the worst Chipotle I have EVER been to. From a professional view-point i think their should be a change of management at this particular restaurant before it has any hopes of improving.

Read the reviews so I wasnt surprised when I went in. Still tried to make the best of it. I walked in and there was barely a line! Yay! I smiled at the girl and asked how she was. She didnt smile back. She asked what I wanted, but then one of the employees went on lunch and stepped right in front of her and started making his own food while I just stood there. They forget to put salsa on my food and I had to ask three times for my side. Normally the food is worth the poor customer service but this time even the food was blan. Very disappointed.

While the food is decent, we waited at least 20 minutes with only 4 people ahead of us. While waiting in line we witnessed one of the workers drawing smiley faces on the INSIDE of the plastic containers with permanent marker. My experience with those kind of permanent markers is that they dont dry very well on plastic. Hope you enjoy black sour cream.

Out of hot salsa! Umm, Mexican grill is in your name therefore I would expect salsa to flow from the faucet if I wanted it to. However, this location continues to disappoint more often than not. I love Chipotle but the management of this location needs some guidance on inventory control and customer service because this isnt the norm.

Very disorganized service. No white rice, 20 min wait. Coke machine out of syrup. Took forever to get that taken care of. Stood in line waiting to pay for several minutes bc the cashier just walked away. Wont be back to this location.

Fast service and quality food as expected. Just make sure to keep an eye on them while they prepare. Sometimes they can skimp a little in their rush to get the burritos out, but if you ask theyll give you more.
