i have never ever been so mad in my life at sumbody first off my girlfriend come through the drive thru with her son after leaving sycamore hospital to grab her and her son something to eat long story short they messed the oder up and when she asked to have it made right the store manger snatched the food from the employee and yelled at her saying why didnt you ring the order up right and threw the food in the trash so then he remakes the order...its wrong again thats when my girlfriend asked for her money back he says im not allowed to give your money back he sees that she works at mcdonalds and tells her as rude as he can you know how fastfood is and throws his hands up she then says im not leaving until i get my money back and the manager tells her to get out of his line befor he calls the police on her all while my step son was in the car witnessing the whole thing i am disgusted with your people and your company

One day I went here after work... I pulled up to the speaker and they proceeded to tell me that they couldnt use cards because the machine was down... No big deal, I had cash thankfully. A few days later (after work)... I pulled up to the speaker and they said they couldnt serve anything beef, only chicken. Anoyying. And a few days later... I pulled up to the speaker and theres a sign on the speaker that says "sorry no electric". Like really? and there was clearly electric on. The machines inside were all lit up and the menu and speaker outside were on also. But when I looked inside I just seen people staring at me. Lol. Ive never in my life seen a fast food place have more problems than this place. Obviously I love taco Bell (Im there a couple times a week) but Ill be taking my business to the West Carrollton one because I never know when Im actually be able to eat after work. Never again.

Worst fast food place ever. Couldnt have been a worse experience. The wait times are always extremely long. I have been here before when they were out of refried beans and once before where they were out of meat! Went there tonight since their website says that they are open until 1AM and they are aparently closed at 12AM! Arrived at 12:02 and they were already closed. I can see 4 people walking around the kitchen and cant even get service. This place is an absolute joke in the means of a business. Save yourself the trouble and frustration of this wretched monstrosity. I have had nothing but bad experience after bad experience here, and hope for it to get better every time but it never does. Close this place already and save people the frustration of trying to enjoy taco Bell only to be met by heartache.

I had a similar experience to Robbie. I went through and ordered 12 soft tacos, only to get home and find out that they had given me 12 soft boiled eggs instead. I took the eggs back and the people working were very dismissive. They were completely transfixed on the bag of eggs and seemed to completely ignore me. When I finally seemed to get through to them, the crew devoured the eggs like a pack of hungry wolves before remaking my food. I returned home again with the new bag of food, only to find 12 soft boiled miniature quail eggs this time. Exhausted by now, I decided to just eat them. Delicious? Yes. What I ordered? No.

Wish I could rate negative stars... Like, this location OWES me stars. We were on the drive thru for ~50 minutes, from 10:05p to 10:53p. Crazy! Ive never worked at Taco Bell but Im pretty sure I could have figured out everyones order and made the food myself faster. Dude on the mic was like, "we are experiencing long wait times in both our lobby and drive thru" No apology, no estimate of how long it would be to wait. Best part? Drive thru is single lane so we couldnt leave even if we wanted to. And we wanted to. New family rule: never order from fast food when the drive thru had no exit. We will never be taken hostage again!

I have given this store more then one chance with breakfast an lunch an its the absolute worst the managers will sit in there office an see you at the counter crew walking around it took 20 min to finally take my order with only me an my son in the store an then a week later I go back for lunch manager on phone cashier out side smoking rest of crew talking finally takes order all the pop was out spitting out nothing but carbon the the food was dried out taco had no cheese in shell it was hard as hell this restaurant has really went to hell I now drive to westcarollton before even thinking about this hell hole

Slowest (20 minute wait)and dirtiest nastiest taco bell I have ever been to. The soda machine is broken, water and soda all over the floor, food and trash all over the floor. Our order was wrong, asked for manager; the manager (Andy)wouldnt even come out, and didnt get the correct order. The lady at the register did apologize, but it didnt seem like she meant it. I live in this city and I am ashamed. I will from now on drive the extra miles to go to West Carrollton. If I could have wrote this and have negative stars I would have.

No matter what you order theyre out of it. Chicken. Beef. Steak. Soft shell. Crunchy shell. Pizza shell. Salad shell. Fountain pop. How do they even stay open? I hope the district and store managers have no intention of making any money -- if thats the goal keep it up guys!!!! If you work there and read this, try harder. Want to make more money? Work. Actually WORK instead of getting high on the clock and dismissing your customers. Wow. Be better. TRY. Put forth some effort. Its rrrreally not that hard.

Slow service (20 minutes plus with one customer inside and only one other car in the drive thru) and over charges for food, how does every other taco bell charge $5 for a $5 box and this one charges an extra $.49 plus an upcharge for asking for a soft taco instead of a hard taco, the drive thru attendant said that the price difference was because this one is a franchise versus others being corporate...and they still did not get my order right

Service is so so when absolutely no one is there but anymore than two customers and they are overwhelmed and take an eternity , get your food wrong and generally just make you wait. 25-35 min in the drive thru is common. Went the other week after they had opened in the morning and someone had called off or was late so the location wasnt open when trying they really should have been. Just another strikeout of the many for me.

Place is a joke, employees hate there job which means your food reflects that, lobby closed for no reason, people inside ordering and eating but I cant go inside on a Sunday afternoon, and drive thru dont bother, gross food old dryed up refried beans, stale chips no beef is this even a Taco Bell? Rather eat a speedway hot dog with 10000 miles on it! This places sucks go anywhere else!!!!!!!!
