First, the food is delicious---if you dont mind it being freezing cold from taking so long to delivery. But, its not just the food thats frigid--so too are the employees. If you order from here, I sincerely hope you dont expect any level of customer service--from delivery men through management, theyre rude, unreliable, and, given my experience, really dont care about their customers at all. If you want Pizza Hut, order it from somewhere else. Do NOT waste your time or money at this one..... The delivery man typed in the address wrong to his gps, but instead of admit his mistake, he continually called and had his manger call threatening us that we needed to come outside and get the pizza. We were standing there for 45 minutes, getting multiple calls from the two of them that became increasingly rude before he finally realized he was sitting at completely the wrong building. He was very rude upon final delivery (of the food that was now ice cold). Called management and was told I would receive a refund within 2 days. 2 weeks later, still waiting. Alerted district management and was told I would receive a call today to straighten everything out....still waiting. Poor customer service seems to really just radiate through this entire structure......And for, lets face it, mediocre pizza at best, not really worth the nightmare.

Order online and when I went there to pay for my food one of the workers boyfriend or husband was sitting in the lobby eating and drinking thing I know he didnt pay for. She kept bringing it o ut to him and on top of that she had he phone in her pocket and we all know how clean those are. You know she uses it and doesnt wash her hands. I use to work at pizza hut when I was younger and I know what they should and shouldnt be doing and I would have to say that they need better management on staff. It makes it really hard to go in and pay for food knowing that her whatever he is eats free......?

WORSE SERVICE EVER!!! The last couple times weve ordered from them they screwed up our breadsticks. They were either undercooked or covered in a crap load of butter. I called and told the manager and he was extremely rude and said he would switch them out if I DROVE THEM BACK TO STORE. SERIOUSLY I PAID FOR DELIVERY WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DRIVE THEM BACK TO YOU IF YOU SCREWED UP. NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN

This pizza hut is so bad I had to write a review. The breadsticks werent cooked all the way through and neither was the pizza. I took a bite of both and immediately spit it out. I called them back and they didnt care. The chicken wings were ok, but hey its a pizza hut not a wing place. Overall TERRIBLE DONT ORDER

We ordered a stuffed crust pizza with garlic parmesan sauce yesterday, received a stuffed crust pizza with tomato sauce instead but didnt realize soon enough. Regardless, the pizza was very good, but it wasnt what was asked for, disappointed.
