I had called to place an order for my employees and it was going to be a 200$ order and we write business checks all the time for our lunches, but when speaking to Amber she couldnt have been more rude and refused to take our check, that wasnt the issue. I understand different companies have different policies so we were willing to provide another payment to get the food but she was extremely rude and was complaining about her being short staffed and would probably have to call in someone else. She was very unprofessional and we will no longer be ordering from there again. We do employee meetings every week and buy food for the employees and she made it very clear that this location wasnt interested in the business. We ended up ordering Vitos which was amazing and we will continue to provide them with our business. I hope that someone at this location looks into this and fixes the problem.

We will walk down here for lunch from time to time at work and do the lunch buffet. If this review was just on the wait staff and bang for your buck, it would be a 5 out of 5. However, I feel like this location, especially being in Perrysburg, is in dire need of a renovation. Dont get me wrong, the employees do a nice job keeping it cleaned up but it just looks so run down inside, the booths are in bad shape and the tables could stand to be replaced. I feel like the franchise owner could really stand to make some improvements here.

Table was dirty, when we arrived we were the only ones there but the bread sticks came out with pizza! Had to ask for refills, after they came pop machine need syrup so we never got more pop! Asked for a box for a personal pan and our leftovers was brought one small box! Waitress had no more than three tables including us and she seemed so busy she couldnt even stop and see how things we going. Only went so our kids could use there book it coupons! When we left they said wish we got McDonalds coupons for reading...

The lunch buffet has always been fantastic. Its a great affordable price, from what I remember it was about $5 a person, minus drinks, for the lunch. Your usual lunch hours, but still it was never packed. Its like a best kept secret! Youve got your full salad buffet, plus at least 6 different pizzas to choose from, some places have pasta available, and 2 different desert pizzas! The pizza is always great and the salad...no complaints! This store is always clean and the wait staff friendly.

Non existent staffing, next to no service, order was wrong, the manager was working the kitchen screwing it up and after we sent half our order back saw another family send theirs back. Waitress response was I dont know. Family of 9 was sitting behind and they walked out then we did. Whole staff needs to get fired!!!

I used to come her all the time when I was a kid, since I lived in the neighborhood behind the strip mall. Place needs a bit of freshening up. Also, staff was definitely not in a hurry considering there was 1 waitress for the whole dining room. The only establishment just seems like its given up.

Were from out of town and the pizzas we got didnt compare to what we get at our PA stores. There was very little sauce and ingredients. The pepperoni LOVERS had a normal portion of pepperoni. The thin and crispy had virtually no sauce and was dry and overcooked. Very disappointed.

Not sure why this Pizza Hut gets such bad ratings on here.. its a Pizza Hut not some special pizza place lol. Yes the interior is outdated but during the day they have a all you can eat option so who cares! I get carryout and it is always made on time and good!

Didnt give me my sauce on my big dinner box, or the two ranch cups they made it a point to charge me for. They sounded annoyed when I called but who eats bread sticks, or chicken chunks without anything to dip it in?! Thanks for ruining dinner pizza butt.

Ive only ever had my orders delivered from here, and the order is admittedly about as basic as it can get (thin crust pepperoni), but theyre always reliable and 90% of the time it arrives sooner than expected.

The food and service was great. The up keep on the inside of the pizza hut is horrible. There is a hole in the ceiling with water stains above the lunch buffet. Im just worried about the food preparation.

Facility interior was unclean and dated. The wait staff was kind, but unattentive. For what you are paying, youre better off ordering delivery/take-out from other pizza outlets in the area.
