Everything was fine as far as food, not super fresh but no major complaints, but the reason Im writing this review is because of an employee and their poor service. I asked this small blonde tattooed girl if there were anymore cinnamon bagels since they were gone in the front, she said no. I asked if any more were being prepared and Id be willing to wait since thats what I went there for, she said no, absolutely no more for the rest of the day. Then, as I was about to leave to go to another store so I could get some a different employee comes out with a full rack of cinnamon bagels. I was about to drive an extra 15 minutes just because this employee was too careless to address a customers concerns. All she had to do was check. They literally were put out five minutes after she assured me I wouldnt be getting one. So frustrating and inconsiderate. Ill stick to the Perrysburg store.

Was ignored by cashier for several min. well he finished talking to coworker . When he finely took my order he was not paying attention so when I got the order it was not right. Then they gave me a flimsy plastic fork for my salad I told them if I wanted plastic silverware I would go to McDonalds. They said they were out of forks I then ask for a refund they then went back in the kitchen and brought out some clean forks. This store is not being run very well. Also the Paneras in Florida bring the food to your table not make you stand with 5 or 6 other customers waiting for your order.

Went for a quick breakfast & coffee. Coffee was very good. Employee at register friendly, helpful & patient as we made our order. Food was delicious even though portions were small. Prices were high compared to other breakfast places. At most restaurants you could have a meal for what we paid for a snack. Overall a good experience.

They have a great selection of healthy food. Everything is customisable to suit your taste. They have a ordering kiosk system which is wonderful. I simply login and can access all my past orders and can checkout without taking my credit card out of my wallet.

We (6 adults ages 55-72) walked in at 8:59pm, the door was open, several customers still eating & they made us leave. They rudely said, "Were Closed!" They not only lost about $60. in sales, Im also posting this here and a few other places.

I love the Rapid pick up. Its saved me a few times when Im short on time. I also appreciate where they are heading with the quality and sourcing of the food. I wish more companies would serve better food like Panera.
