Terrible experience. Ordered food with my daughter(kids menu is horrible) and sat down to eat. Noticed that they where changing the ceiling filters over the food while they were open.(that is typically done after you close) I thought to myself "thank God" we got our food before we saw all that dust fall all over the food. Then I realized they never gave me my toasted bagel. I went up there to ask for it and he pulled it from the dust covered area. I told the "kid" that I dont want a bagel from that area because the filter dirt just went over it. He said that is all the bagels they had. I told him to keep the bagel then. No refund was offered and they manager was upset that I even said anything. Another worker offered me a cup of soup from the other side of the kitchen that wasnt contaminated. I politely declined becasue at that point I was done. Manager never came over and apologized(nor did anyone) or offer me anything. But if you are looking for a salad, pop, and kids me for just under $20 please go there, the dirt is free. This is my 3rd trip to that Panera and one trip worse than the next. This one took the cake.

This Panera is pretty standard. Foods pretty good, though kind of expensive. Staff is always nice too. So no complaints in those categories. My biggest problem is that the internet is SO SLOW. Dont plan on coming here and watching any type of video at all. Even browsing is a little slow. Tried several times to come here to have a different setting to watch my lecture videos for class. Endless buffering and got nothing done each time. I get that its a large place and multiple people surfing the web slows it down, but the library and other wifi cafes in town dont seem to have this problem. Spend more money on your internet, please, or I will not be returning.

Nice atmosphere, although employees all seem to lose their minds when asked to use customers own (clean) mug. I cannot possibly be the only person that prefers a greener option. Mug says the ounce size; pricing isnt the issue. They just dont understand what to do, everyone shouts for a manager and asks if thats allowed, and manager kind of sighs and says Yes, Ill just do it. Very embarrassing: every other coffee place Ive been to in town has zero problem with this. Everyone stares at me and I feel like Im causing a huge inconvenience. You cant encourage going green if your employees arent on board.

The staff are wonderful here. I had to wait for some of the items I ordered and the Owner was working (on a Sunday, in the morning) and apologized and kept me in the loop through the whole process. She was very pleasant and even though they were extremely busy, she had a calm and cool demeanor and her staff were also calm and cool. If you are looking for something different for breakfast, definitely recommend.

When I go to panera in other cities, I realize why I live "my" panera so much. The staff is great, the good is always good, and the coffee is fresh. They also now have the option of ordering via kiosk, is that is your thing. If youve tried panera before and didnt like it, try this one. They do it right.

Edit: Found a screw in a Mediterranean sandwich today (3/4/17). Check the photo attached herewith. I dont know whose oversight it was - docking off two stars. Original review follows: This is a good place with done good vegetarian options. There rapid checkout saves a lot of time.

I really enjoy the "You pick 2" combo with creamy tomato soup and a chicken salad. I have to eat gluten-free so there arent many options to have here but this consistently is really good. I also enjoy the atmosphere even though its usually busy.

My most recent experience of Panera was several weeks ago. I went with a friend from school, and got a soup and salad. Everything I had was very well prepared and I am glad to know it was clean!!!!

Great bagels, bakery items and sandwiches. Coffee is pretty good too. I love online ordering here. I really like that they put completed orders on a shelf so they are ready to go when you arrive.

This Panera has ordering kiosk using tablets. Techie fun. The layout is a bit awkward for ordering and food pick up, but the seating is very comfortable. Favorite lunch spot in Monroe.

Prices have escalated significantly, esoecially fot Pick 2. 7se tobe @$7.99 for pick 2, now paysepatately for each item which od @$14. That is not a real pick 2. Soup was cold.
