To Whom It May Concern, I have dined in your restaurant many times and have always received courteous treatment. However, just recently I stopped in to purchase a gift card and did not receive the same treatment. If I would have been a first time customer, I would never want to go back. I was told I had to stand at the bar to purchase it. After standing there and being ignored, a woman finally asked me what I wanted, and I told her I wanted to purchase a gift card. You would think in these hard economic times this request would be welcomed with open arms. This was hardly the case, in fact I felt I was nothing but a bother. I dont like the feeling of walking out of a place that I have just patronized feeling I never want to go back. You can rest assured, if I am with my friends and they suggest the Irish Pub, it will not put a warm feeling in my mind.

Similar to previous reviews this is a local type Irish pub. Local ownership. drinks and the selection of drinks are good (standard). Weve eaten there several times. Mostly wings and pub food. Help/service can be spotty but if you actually converse with your bartender/server they are quite pleasant and willing to help. If you are expecting RITZ CARLTON service and food you are in the wrong place.

Food, service, and especialy drunken owner at the bar the worst restaurant in the area. The owner told customers coming in that he had no open tables because they were reserved and if the customers wanted to eat there then sit at the bar or they could leave if they wanted to he didnt care! All five people at my table got up and left with them!

I arrived last night at 7:45 and ordered an Iced Tea and a salad. I got the Iced tea. I never saw my waitress again. The place was only half full. At 8:45 I told the greeter that I never got the salad and I left. Rumor has it that the restaurant is under new management. Used to be my favorite restaurant. I wont be going back. Tom Doney

We have lunch there about once a week as it is close to home. The food is usually good for what it is-bar food. With a rare exception it is prepared quickly and well. This is a throwback to the old neighborhood taverns so do not be surprised if the service is inconsistent and the décor a bit dated and ethnic-this isnt the Ritz Carlton.

Well..soup was cold..but it turned out to be the best thing we ordered. My husbands wings..well, they were dry..and thats being polite..I ordered French Dip..no cheese..had a gritty texture. .bread was old..We knew our waitress was at the end of her shift..just one of those oh well moments..very dissatisfied

We went here to get dinner. We sat at a booth for 20 minutes with no one ever coming over to get an order or let us know they would be with us shortly. Other guests came in and were served immediately. After 2 bowls of popcorn and no service we took our business elsewhere. Highly disappointed

Fair to middlin. I had a prime rib so tuff I could use for the sole of my shoe, but they made it right. The second melted in my mouth like a prime piece of beef should. Reggie is going to be one happy dog.
