Attended a company function. Food was bad, heard a coworker say it was the worst meal she had ever eaten. Some in our large party liked it....made me wonder what they were used to eating. The beef was dry, chewy, fatty and swimming in gravy to hide the cheap cut of beef. The chicken tasteless. The potatoes were supposed to be a seasoned crispy type of potato but were mushy and swimming in garlic butter. The only my good thing is the owner was very personable and interacted with his guest well in an effort to make this a pleasant experience. I really wanted to like it.

Worst service ever. Our server was old and slow. She kept saying hell ya and hell no to ever question we had. She brought our change and said "Guys typically at a place like this you leave a tip because we get taxed on it" as we were still seated at the table. A tip is given to you, there is no requirement to tip your ass. We were going to you in the first place, we were sitting after our meal when she said that. What a joke.

I just ate at the Tiger Town Grille & Pub for the first time. Unique menu with everything named for a piece of Massillon history. I had the Jones Antipasto Salad. I figured since my dad started and ended his teaching, coaching and administrative career at Jones, I couldnt go wrong. I wasnt disappointed. Huge salad! Ill be back! Who wants to join me???

First of all if every crew member wasnt pill poppers....you would get more much needed smiles and friendliness....the boss is more worried about money then he is quality and customer service....food is not that great.....and I tried calling for a hour and the phone stayed busy.....get off the phone or get call waiting! Your service and servers are a joke

Terrible service waited a half hour before I even got talked to about anything then we finally got service and the food took another hour for us to get it and it was terrible I got wings and they were dry and had no flavor and were hard. Never go here!!!!!!!!!

Went twice descent food not bad service and theres a small tv at every booth that was neat and when you buy a beer or pop you can get a dollar burger thats pretty good better then fast food dollar burger Ill go again
