I dont usually rate fast food this high, but Ive had a few good visits to this location that impressed me. Yes I know KFC has sort of gone downhill in general over the years, but this location isnt bad. The only reason being that they have a buffet, and a steady-enough crowd of truckers and locals to keep the fried chicken and sides coming out fresh and hot. They kept up with the demand for chicken when we went there, though some people tried to horde some items. They only had fried chicken (with a fair amount of drumsticks), your usual KFC sides, plus potato and macaroni salads. Personally a plus, especially considering there are not many KFC buffets around anymore, so coming across one that is actually good was a pleasant surprise. Also a bonus that they have A&W at the same location. Likely due to high volume, many of the tables were not cleaned off by the time we were sitting down, and there was some trash on the ground. The location needs to improve general cleanliness for sure.

Cashier had to stop taking my order when Jerimiah (name tag) handed her a phone then they completely ignored me as they were matching phone numbers. Then there was no thank you, just turned and walked away, I had to ask for my drink cups. (He did smile alot) the chicken, all they had on the buffet was thighs about 4, when asked for breast and legs was told they couldnt put more out until the thighs was gone! Then while were sitting there eating here comes the cashier sweeping the floor around our table! Needless to say my friend and I were both very unsatisfied with our visit.and I doubt if we will be back.

We ordered and had waited for our food for about 10 minutes. I had to go ask them if they were getting our food and then they told me it would be about two more minutes for original recipe. I saw several people come and leave and I saw them add chicken to the buffet while I was waiting. They finally got my food done and never told me. I had to go ask them if it was mine. After all that, they didnt give me original recipe and put it in a to go container when it was eat-in.

In the first place most of people dont like Latinos is couple of girls that in the moment you walk in their attitude change and start acting like besides a customer you are an enemyi work painting this place and was the first KFC that I experience been that bad now dont think is all employees is some.girls and boys that where so nice and polite with my work team but after all is just my opinion

Never had bad service here..I have watched other customers load up their purses and backpacks with chicken from the bar!!!!...chicken is hot and they take good care of us and the bar...To the customers that think all you can eat it all you can take home too..A huge shame on you!! Dont ruin it for those that eat there that are Honest!!!!

No tables were clean. Drink fountain and ketchup area were a mess....shame on the customers but employees needed to clean it up. Saw guy in the back using tongs and eating french fries. Cashier had to stop waiting on people to make ice cream. Poor, poor system. Will not go back.

Not good, Poor service, surly employees. They advertise a buffet, but they dont put hardly anything on it. When you ask them about it, they act like youre being unreasonable by expecting some food to actually be on the "so called" buffet. Absolutely dreadful location.

You need to learn how to actually work! I never left before 12:30 on average when I worked fast food way back. You are in a truckers area with them coming up to closed doors!

Food is cold. Fries are old. Coney sauce has a crust on top of it. Ive always liked A&W but its been a consistent disappointment. Dont waste your time.
