This chick Fila as well as the one on st Augustine have hired a few new people that cannot get orders correct. Several occurrences in a short period. Its a shame. Used to be the only fast food place in town that was reliable. They have both gone downhill. Maybe a change in ownership or something. Not sure. Not minor stuff either. Like completely wrong meal. Four times in twelve days. Pretty crappy odds. Read some more recent reviews. Youll see Im not even close to the only one this is happening to in recent weeks. Every other one is two or three stars

Thank God for the cashier who is of my race he was perfect and interactive as i stood back in observances to the staff the way the expression on there face is im not going to be treated well Which i hate because if I pay for it than I should get quality. This is a billion dollar franchise and people like me made it this way( paying customers )so therefore there should be a smiling team services and quality food... This location is a stereo type anyways due to the rich community around it And i guess a black woman dont fit in:(

This wasnt the best Chick-Fil-A I have been to. It was difficult to get in and out of. And while clean compared to other fast food places, it was not as clean compared to other Chick-Fil-As. We also had to keep asking and waiting for little things in our order, not a big deal, but if you are used to the crazy good service at Chick-Fil-As, this didnt have it. Customer service is why Chic-Fil-a is the greatest fast food restaurant ever. I dont know where youre from, but in the south fast food is by far the worst place to eat. It always comes down to the staff. Go anywhere else and the staff are rude, slow, careless, I could continue until I ran out of adjectives. The play place was absolutely filthy. My son went in with white socks and after a few minutes, they were black. The water in the womens restroom was so hot that my child couldnt even hold his hands under it. The way the line is set up at the counter makes it very difficult for a mom to get through with her children.

Chik Fil A always has great service. This location is typically busy but quick so there is no extended wait. I will say i ordered the Spicy Chicken combo with the pepperjack cheese but got a grill chicken sandwich with bacon. I wondered why it was more than usual but it was good anyway.
