This place deserves minus 1000 stars. Yesterday evening around 6:40pm I pulled in to the drive thru. The person greeted me at the speaker and I said "hi, how are you" and the girl like laughed a laugh almost like ARE YOU KIDDING ME THIS PERSON IS ASKING ME HOW I AM? She then goes IM FINE! GO AHEAD!!! So, itd been awhile since Id been there and I go "Do you still have the boneless chicken wings" She goes very rudely "UMMMM, NOOOO, THERE IS NOTHING BONELESS IN THIS PLACE" I go "oh, ok because awhile ago you guys used to have them with the barbeque sauce" SHE ACTUALLY STARTED LAUGHING, THE SPEAKER THEN WENT SILENT FOR A MINUTE, SHE CAME BACK TO THE SPEAKER AND WAS LAUGHING AGAIN, THE SPEAKER THEN WENT SILENT AGAIN, SHE THEN CAME BACK AND GOES "PLACE YOUR ORDER, WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!!!" I go "ok, can I get the 8pc dinner?" She goes "I DONT KNOW CAN YOU??????!!!!" She started laughing again and the speaker went silent. When she finally came back to the speaker again I said this...."WHAT IS YOUR NAME?" she said "Autumn!!!!" She was rude and defiant the entire time all the time sort of snickering" I said "Well Autumn, you are very rude and VERY unprofessional and you should lose your job over the way you handle your job. You should not be laughing at customers and acting like a snot" I said " Im calling the KFC management team and plan to send an email" she laughed at me and said "YOU GO RIGHT AHEAD!!!" I said "ok, Autumn, apparently you dont need your job" she said "yep!" I said "ok, well I hope you get fired over this". I pulled away and as I drove by the window, she was nowhere to be found. Nobody was at the window. I drove to Arbys instead and I have to say, I usually go to Arbys. At the Arbys on Rochester Rd in Rochester, they are always soooo nice, so friendly and really professional. I actually told them what just happened to me at the KFC and one of them said she wasnt surprised. She said that somebody she knew used to work there and one day they put chicken that had been in the garbage in someones bucket and gave it to the person. She said after her friend witnessed that, she quit the next day. I can tell you that what I experienced was highly unsettling. Actually quite disturbing. They have lost my business forever and I will always tell this story of what happened to prevent others from having the same bad experience at that store. If Autumn can be that nasty on the speaker and laugh and be rude, what would she do to the customers food? Someone like Autumn should not be serving the public anywhere. She should lose her job immediately and there should be ZERO tolerance for that behavior. Anything less would be acceptance of the behavior. Im wondering if people dont call to complain or take time to leave a post or contact corporate and thats how these things become permissible by default? Well, I will take the time to call out this behavior and it sounds to me like Autumn needs to grow up, but its much more than that. This type of bad behavior lends to a persons core values and she apparently does not put any value into professionalism or the value of having a job. You cant un-teach this type of person. Whether it was the need to be accepted and "show off" this type of behavior for her co-workers or whether it gave her a sense of "empowerment" or possibly shes just a jerk, not sure. I do know the behavior was entirely unacceptable and she should be let go, immediately. Im not finished with the situation. Im just getting started. Good job, Autumn. I sincerely hope you lose your job. Im 47 years old and I will say this has been the worst situation in terms of customer service at a restaurant Ive ever had.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever had in my life! I wanted food and its a Sunday at 8:30 and the say they close at 10 so Im before close so I go up to the ordering drive through and nobody greets me and I say hello and nobody still answers and then I try to go inside and the doors are locked at 8:30! Then I see a worker and hes smoking and then he tells me they are open so I go back around and sit at the drive through window and I wait a solid 10 minutes and Im honking knocking on the window and then this girl comes up and says can I help you and I was like yeah Id like to order and she acted like nothing was wrong!!! Do not go to this KFC they suck!!!

We are so VERY disappointed...we are still very sick to our stomach from ALL the grease that was so very bad we soaked up all your napkins and some of our paper towels to try and absorb ALL THE GREASE!!! Not to mention how small the fish filets were that all we tasted was breading and grease-such a total disappointment! We have never had such a bad experience at Long John Silvers and never will again!!! If this is what the restaurant is coming to after what I remember from back in the days...just like the other one did -Arthur Treachers-close down!!!

The woman at the counter was friendly, polite, and prompt. The people working behind her. . . well, I kind of got the impression that the cashier was doing all of the work. She took the order and filled it while everyone else was laughing and hollering and goofing off. The chicken itself was very greasy, but I usually get the extra crispy and I got original, so not sure if thats the norm. But I had to throw half of my chicken skin away. Which is probably better for me anyway, right? But it all tasted good. Id give this place another try.

I actually confess I am a parent that orders carryout A lot, out of all the places I order from KFC on Rochester is the best. TRINA is an asset to that store. I send my teenage daughter sometimes and shes so patient with her and myself. Trina remembers customers and treats all with respect, that I have witnessed. I will continue 2 go 2 that location because thru the years a lot of values have been lost in customer service, @ Trinas location its been captured and as long as she is there I know it will stay! Thanks Kfc for Employing Trina!

Ive never been to one but my roommate insisted I have their fries - long story short, they dont sell the fires here, only potato wedges. The wait through the drive through was forever as well, but Im not really going to knock stars off about that, Im patient enough, just seems like there shouldve been at least one more person working; it was like 6-7 PM on a Monday afternoon. If I go back and try something else, Ill make sure to re-rate as this one isnt too far on the overall quality of the place.

I have problems with this location, every time I visit. Dont know why I keep trying! They always seem to be out of basic items, at typical lunch & dinner times, the dining room is always lacking basic amenities & needs a good cleaning. The staff acts bored & makes you feel like they have better things to do. I recently completed a comment card & received a voucher to return but I might not even take advantage of it.
