This is the worst KFC Ive been at in a long time. First and foremost, I went there for the current advertised special for 2 piece grilled for $4.99. It was 12pm , they open at 10:30 and the cashier (if you want to refer to one as) said they just put them on the grill and theyll be ready in 18 minutes. 18 MINUTES! She asked if I wanted to wait. Who in their right mind would wait 18 minutes at a fast food place. I asked to talk to the manager and another employee had to go out to the parking lot to get her. She was talking on her cell phone and parked in the handicapped parking spot right by the door and didnt even bother to come in! I wanted to see if I could get original instead and she said "no" based on what the kid said with his pants around his ankles. Keep in mind I shop here regularly and the difference in price is $1. So to make a long story short, because of this, I will no longer shop there. Not to mention, I could barely understand the cashier or other worker because they dont know how to speak proper english. NOTE TO OWNER: Get someone there who can manage a store!!!!

The customer service was good and the food was great...the chicken was fully cooked and the order was correct. I lo e how the staff interacts well with each other. Its definitely a team environment and they communicate well. I have revisit this location and my experience was equally as good as the 1st one.

Horrible neve habe product up. They dont exercise food and safety hand washing. Orders incorrect more than once. This store habe change store.managers several times and they still cant get it right. Cleanliness is a problem outside needs work crew appearance. The store needs a overall change

The worst KFC ever.... They are very lazy and unprofessional! Waited a total of 36 minutes for two famous bowls and a chicken tender box! Please keep in mind they were NOT with for anything food to be ready, everything was cooked, the warmer boxes were all full! LAZY LAZY LAZY!!!!!!!!!
