I tend to only really come to this location when I am out this way visiting my buddy who lives in the area, and we feeling a craving for chicken. I personally have never had any problems with the stuff here and its pretty decent for a chicken place. I do definitely recommend asking for a extra butter or two though, as sometimes the broasted potatoes seem a little dry, though not always. The staff seems quite friendly and are a pleasant bunch.

Inconsistent food quality and preparation... if you want to know how good Chicken Shacl can be, go to the Woodward location in Royal Oak, the Van Dyke location in Sterling Heights, or the Rochester location. This location doesnt seem to have it down to a science yet like those locations do. BTW - the staff is very friendly and it is always clean there.

We waited like 15 min ...asked guy if he started cooling our food ....he said ya it has 4 more min ....then started cooking my food ....wtf....total lack of pride I wouldnt expect from chicken shack ..oh ya ...service sucks ...!!! ...Id this was my place I would fire the entire staff in this shift ....

I walk in , no greeting. i get my food and pay, no thank you have a nice day. bunch of retards working there. my sandwich didnt even have tomato in it which it shows online it should. the lettuce on the burger was stale, and discoulored. so if i could give it -5 stars , thats what theyd get.

Love Chicken Shack. Now that the founder has passed on hopefully his family will continue doing business in his honor and not run the business into the ground. 80% of second generation owners fail. Keep up the good work!

Shack potatoes are the best thing. Chicken is alright its chicken, but the rib are great for being a fast food like restaurant. I wouldnt put them in the same category as say a place like Slows. Also the slaw is good.

The food here is always good the staff are friendly and they know how to prepare the food right. We prefer the staff here over the chesterfield location because they know what they are doing. Keep up the good work!
