Horrible. I came to the window to order a bucket of all white meat breasts, extra crispy. I know its an up charge--weve ordered it many times. The woman at the window at 6:00 p.m. on 3/17/2016 claimed she was the manager. She assured me there was no way I ever ordered that from their store. She said she had 7 breasts, then she went down to 5 and we told her that was fine. Now an up charge of $10.00 showed on the screen. When we got to the window she said they sold ALL the extra crispy and now had none. What a horrible experience.

Never give out napkins or cutlery at least happens to me i mean seriosly? Every time same thing n to top it off last time got value boxes and one of them with the mash potatoes and gravy spilled every where and dont even want to talk about the time consuming we had to wait cause it was only drive thru by the time they took their sweet time we didnt even feel like eating anymore And i was close to ask for my money back

Go somewhere else. I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I waited in line for about 25 minutes and they even didnt take my order. They pretended like they werent there even though there were clearly 3-4 workers inside. They always stop taking orders after 10pm even though they close at 11. Either change your hours or change your employees. Because the customer service is absolutely poor.

Drive thru was rude at first then said we should ask for honey at the window. Dude at window said oh no problem Ill get you some for sure. Checked bag quick after a long wait... Not good enough cause I assumed honey was in the biscuit box. Got home.... No honey. Tried to call no one answered phone for over ten minutes. Food was good thats why you get two stars.

Great restaurant management, terrible customer experience. I have witnessed the most unbelievably ghetto patrons at this establishment. They wouldnt stop smoking illegal drugs long enough to coherently communicate their order, and in the end I walked out in disbelief. To their credit the staff was trying to do their job well.

Took 15 minutes to get an order at 9:00 pm 2 famos bowls and 2 chicken littles. The were undercooked. They did not give us spoons to eat bowls. No ice in pop machine. Place was dirty bathrooms worst. Kid who took order was on cell phone and spoke black slang or street. Dont come here. Terrible service.

The employees were rude and playing adult music on a laptop in the dining room. My chicken tenders were room temperature. The biscuits were hard as if they had been sitting out. The coleslaw taste was very off.

The chicken looked awful and was very dry, went back to exchange it and got less chicken than what i ordered, they also charged me for 2 extra sides that they forgot to put in the bag. Staff was very rude.
