I used to love this place. They lack in customer service, I order my food ahead of time, and get there they dont have the order, hmm I wonder why! So while I am ordering for the second time, the guy is on his cell phone half listening, the manager or other person working with him see this, and go outside to take a smoke, so when I get back into my car I recall the number, hmm to my surprise who answer the phone. I would rate this place a half of a star

You order catfish but they give you swai fish. Very disappointing. Catfish and Asian Swai fish is not the same thing! Dont let them fool you! Restaurants should not be allowed to substitute for what you paid for. Thats like some restaurants would have you to believe youre eating calamari rings but you really eating pig assholes!

I was fresh out of the hospital and ordered cause they have an online delivery option but they steal your money and make you jump through hoops to get it back cause no one at an actual location knows anything and swear they dont deliver. I dont recommend anyone use a debit or credit card with them

I love this place better than one on W.McNichols. Their fries is delicious hot and lemon peppery. The fish is cooked well and chicken is delicious. Drinks is great.
