Awful. Stood and waited for food for 15 mimutes. The food came out wrong and with missing items. I know this is a franchise and one rating will not truly reflect the over all status of this location, but this is not a one time situation. The employees were slow, young, and didnt know how to work the register. The ones in the back asked to make sure the order was right and the front desk said she couldnt remember and to just make it like normal.....ignoring the instructions of the customer. She wouldnt follow instructions from the manager to help the rush.... awful...awful service.

Clean and courteous. Waited in line a little longer than we shouldnt but it was no fault of the employees. Customers ahead of us had no clue how much change they had on them but that didnt stop them from ordering half the menu only to subtract items based on the amount of pennies they had in there pocket. The reason for the low rating is because I drove out of my way to get the biscuits and gravy and they were out of biscuits. I could get a breakfast sandwich at any of the 5 or 6 restaurants I passed but for some reason its getting harder to find biscuits and gravy.

Me and my gf just went through the line with took like 20 minuts. Orderd our food and the ladie took it wrong so I corrected her and she got all rude and fixed it. I collect my food and as i walk in the door to enjoy my food.... not what I orderd. I got no syrup for the pancakes nor silverware for my gfs food wich is not problem just really agitating and no straws. So I got rude service wrong food all after waiting 20 min. Wish I could do a no star. This is the 10 th time my order has Ben messed up and the last because they just lost my bisnus.

I ordered food then watched the person preparing my food not have gloves on and proceed to wipe the counter his nose & his pants with his hands then grab my food with no gloves on. Disgusting and not sanitary. How in this day and age you not be required to wear gloves while handing peoples food. I threw my food out

Me and my husband order a big fish and the long cheeseburger the big fish was burnt and I found hair in between the lettuce and and the ketchup on my cheeseburger my husband took the food back in they refunded his money back. But no sorry no can we get you a credit. I wont recommend anyone eating at this place

Service is always pretty good, food is always hot. Have had several funny experiences in here just people watching while cramming french fries in my face. Newly remodeled and cleaner, I went up from three to five on this place. Its not home cookin but its definitely the best BK in Hamilton.

Place was filthy. Floor was slimy as if it hadnt been mopped in weeks. In our booth, there was a swarm of gnats flying near and on the window sill. I will never return to this location.
