Music was very loud and not really appropriate for Sunday morning. I had my father there for his first visit so he didnt understand the menu and the server wasnt very helpful with describing the specials or the differences between scattered, smothered, etc. I had to go up to counter to ask for his coffee to be refilled. The food was very good, but not hot. The employees behind the counter were extremely loud wading dishes, talking, and yelling to each other across the restaurant. As we were paying and leaving one waitress was making sure she had all the employees orders together because she was going to Frisches....really.

I ordered the all star breakfast an my order was wrong than I called an came back for remake an realized why my order wasnt right because they had their coats on an was rushing to go home an kept saying they dont work off the clock. So they remake the order an I still didnt receive the grits I ordered. Will not return there or especially not on their morning shift most definitely not!

Great, Called in order to pick up on the way to work. Meet with a friendly greeting order was ready gave me a spoon with cream and sugar made my coffee to go as I paid and out the door. At work everything needed was in the bag and food was well prepared Great short order place well priced good friendly people . Well prepared food.

Standard Waffle House food. Friendly staff and quick service. The biggest complaint I have is the cleanliness of the restaurant. I have seen bugs on the floor, and any place that has syrup is going to be sticky. The bugs may have come from the door being opened and closed so often, but it was definitely disconcerting to see.

Ordered steak and eggs over the phone.I worked night shift .I was told it would be 15 minutes.When I got there they said they have to wait until the person who orders gets there cos it was steak I guess so its not wasted .I was on my lunch break so I could not wait.So i did not get to eat.Pissed is not the word.Never going back

I came in with my new love trey. We had a fantastic meal of waffles and chocolate milk. Prepared by an amazing wafflologist, Ben! He cooked them so fluffy, yet firm. Mmmm! Great service too by teeyonia! She was so very professional and curtious. Great jukebox selection. I love Mrs Lauren hill and the eagles.

Ive always ordered the same thing the last two weeks this new person insist on ringing up the stuff how she wants. I live in Woodmere right behind waffle House Ill make sure I drive to the Sharon road location as this Colerain location have gotten worse the longer theyre open and the staff SUCKS!

The waitress wasnt very attentive. When the food finally came out we had no silverware. It took several minutes before she got back to us. The food was cold (especially the waffle). I ordered the All Star, and I never got toast or the waffle. I finally got the waffle after asking for it.

This waffle house is not even 4 years old but you wouldnt know that walking in , the floors are filthy like they havent been mopped in weeks. Servers are slow, the cooks cant make simple waffles properly, food took too long to come out and it was cold, Worse Waffle House Ive ever been to
