Went through the drive-thru today, only person in the entire drive-thru my entire visit, and it was fairly slow. I dont know how long i waited, but i know it wasnt to their standards. I get to the window, wait a few minutes to pay and then wait even longer to receive food (fairly simple order, quesarito, NO chipotle sauce. crunchy taco (regular) two quesadillas, NO sauce.) The baja blast freeze section of the machine went down as soon as i pulled up. But i was cool with that, i decided on the blue raspberry airhead instead, it was amazing! We receive our food, everything is there. Taco bell is too messy for me to eat in a car, so i ate the crunchy taco in the car, it was awesome. I get back to conner high school, where the winter guard competition is being held, take a bite into my burrito, and get the biggest mouthful of chipotle sauce ever. Not only did it have chipotle sauce on it, but i swear it had extra sauce. There was just so much on there. I tried to call, three times to be exact. No answer. I get it, i get fast food is a hard industry to be apart of. I work at McDonalds. But it is not hard to put a smile on your face and have high customer service skills (except for the male employee, he was so nice and really cool about me switching the drink to blue raspberry). I dont go to taco bell often, fake mexican is not my thing, but when i do, im already annoyed that i have to eat taco bell, i dont want to deal with annoying fast food problems.

I went to this Taco Bell twice within a 2 week period (not by choice). The 1st time I ordered though the drive thru went smoothly, got home and 1 of my tacos were missing.. Didnt feel like driving back so I just said "Fa get about it" and went on about my day. The 2nd time as my family and I were ordering we felt extremely rushed by the drive thru cashier. After getting our food and getting home... My moms burrito wasnt in there... So Im like "what the heck, not again" -right. I called them to see if theyd have one ready to pick up and they agreed. I went back up to get the burrito and saw 6 cars in the drive thru.. No way I was waiting in that, so I went up to the door only to see a note saying "dining room closed for maintenance"... So I had to call inside for them to bring it out. 5 minutes later the guy brings it out. Got home gave it to mom & as she was eating it she pulled a long black piece of hair out of it!! We feel It was purposely put inside of the burrito! That place is disgusting and we will NEVER eat there again, period.

3 horrible experiences. So I guess Ill make the drive to Mall Road. 1. Waited in the drive through for an hour. Would have just left but the set up doesnt allow you to leave once your in. Horrible design flaw. Got to the window to a young girl so out of her mind on drugs that she could barely speak. 2. Again stuck waiting in the drive through, this time for 45 minutes. After complaining I was comped my meal. Still not worth the incredible waste of my time. 3. Just happened today, went through around 07:45 to get breakfast waited at the speaker no one answered. Went inside and was informed by a young man who was clearly high that even though they start breakfast at 07:00 that they forgot to make any food so Id have to wait for them to start making everything. Needless to say. I wont be returning.

7/2/17 12:38pm An employee who was cashier apparently hadnt been putting names on the orders and when the guys putting the food out for customers got confused, the cashier got super impatient with them. The guys told him they had no names and he needs to keep putting names on orders. Chase (the cashier) proceeded to huff and puff while taking our order and under his breath said "Oh my f***ing God" towards the others telling him to use names. Chase has been rude to us before with his interactions and today pretty much took away my appetite. Very disappointed.

This place sucks. Not only did i have to wait almost a half hr for my food (12 tacos meat and cheese only and a cpl taco supremes) nothing too complicated. The guy taking my order didnt listen when I ordered and they had to fix the 12 tacos. They locked the doors a little after 6 and refused people trying to comw in even though they arent supposed to close until 10. They completely ignored the 5 people waiting in the lobby for food while they stood around laughing and talking. This place is ridiculous. I will not be going back there.

I have always been a fan of taco bell but this place is the worst. Their staff half asses everything. Ive never complained about food on a review ever. Also if youre in line, youre stuck there. Ive waited for over 25 minutes with a crying baby and couldnt get out of line. My mexican pizza right now is compleletly smashed and I didnt do it. It feels like its been left out, Ive had a chicken chalupa that had a shell as hard as a mexican pizza. Ive walked in and the staff acts like little kids. Take one order than just disappear.

Most often this is the slowest Taco Bell in the whole chain. I once waited 25 minutes as the 5th car at the drive through. Could not go inside because they closed the dining room. Busy evening with only one trained staff members and two trainees. Theyknewitwasridiculous, so they didnt charge for the food. The help just turns over so fast that they cant staff the restaurant. I give it two stars for effort, but they really need to get some good management in there or just close it down.

The service @the drive thrugh was rude , we asked for a cup of icewe got a cup with little ice and we had to ask for a lid and straw and the look we got from the boy . if looks could kill we would be dead.. I ordered three chickon chalupa it was like eating it on a hard shell. I had to feed them to my dog .that was in my car @ the time and I didnt even leave the parking lot of your taco bell.I dont think I will ever be back to this taco bell. Not happy at all.

I order 2 chicken quesadillas with extra quesadilla sauce naturally they charge me extra which is fine however my quesadillas had no extra sauce had no sauce whatsoever and on top of that when I came back in to get my extra sauce they would only give me one and said that they would have to charge me for more this place sucks big time avoid this place at all costs

3/4 of the time my order is wrong and is mostly beans or rice and little meat or sauce. I love taco bell and this location is convenient where I live and work but is disappointing, my friends and I have had plenty of ruined lunch breaks at this location. Have to almost plan ahead to eat there because service is vary slow every time I go there, it never fails.
