I tried to give them a second chance but after last night I am sure we wont be back. We arrived just about 7pm on a Saturday night and were immediately seated by a flustered hostess who was getting some attitude from another staff member. (First clue - yeah, we ignored it.) The hostess took our drink orders and brought them, forgetting the lemons (no biggie) as our server brought them. 15 minutes have gone by and our order is taken. My mom and I ordered the turkey wraps, mine without bacon. I got a side of tomato soup - double-checked to make sure there was no bacon, and my daughter got brioche french toast and sausage. Pretty simple. We noticed the table near us talking to the manager about needing to get food to go so I ask the manager to check on ours and for a beverage refresh. At this point wed been there about 40" and our server hadnt been by to refill drinks, communicate anything, or bring me the soup. An hour after arriving, they brought out the wraps and grench toast. Asked if it all looked good. For the most part, it did. They put my daughters brioche french toast in as plain so she had to ask for butter and powder. They forgot her sausage and my soup. They come out with the soup and its not the right soup. Server misheard me but they dont have the soup I wanted so I said nevermind (I mean an hour later for what should come out within a couple minutes of ordering?) Did the server ask if I wanted something else or make a suggestion or anything? No. By this time Id forgotten that I am paying for a side. My mom reminded me, so I asked for the potato soup to go. I got it and to top it all off - when I opened it at home theyd actually topped it with bacon!

I went on a Sunday while visiting someone at the hospital around the corner. My experience was great! This is a wonderful staff and leaders at the top. The most disappointing thing about this location is the class of customers. PLEASE DONT READ YOUR CONFIRMATION BIAS INTO THAT LAST STATEMENT, YOU WOULD BE WRONG. Fom what I observed, about 50% of the customers seem to lack the basic social grace, social skills and socialization needed to interact with humans. Here is an example, in the south eating setdown restaurants like Ihop are typically full why, because Sunday church worshippers and families eat out, no matter how much staff you have, mathematically the number of customers coming in will always out number your ability to serve all them and seat them fast enough. This simple fact gets lost and people begin to take it out on staffers at this location. Whats interesting is its always working class persons attacking working class people. 5 stars.

I had to go up to this location after they messed up a call in order only to back home and see they still didnt get it right. They purposely put back on the grill original parts to the initial order they asked me to bring back, drying out my sausage, and repackaging cold pancakes. The shift manager was the instigator behind it all, she instructed the cooking staff to take shortcuts after she told me shed have the entire order recooked. Then to act like English for her was a 12th language when I called back to complain was adding fuel to a fire she caused by not doing what she said. On top of that she refused to tell me when the actual store manager was going to be there. Dont look for any form of customer service if you dine in or call to place a to go order. They hire people recently released from mental facilities.

If you want to have as little amount of service provided to you as possible, this place is ideal. Our waitress did the absolute minimum. To the extent of setting all of our drinks at the end of the table instead of giving them out to each of us. Did you want to hear about the wait staffs night? This is the place for you! They have NO volume control! Apparently they were never taught the inside voice when they were younger. We really dont care about you giving your girl the D! Water coffee fresh out of the pot your preference? It will be the best $2.19 you will have ever spent! The only saving grace that this place has is that the food was decent. So Id you want to eat somewhere where the environment was poor, but the food was decent... Well, just go to another IHOP and hope its better than this one.

The cook forgot to add the mushrooms to my hash browns and the cheese to my eggs but the waitress took care of that on my bill. She was nice and attentive. I love coffee and I have to say that IHOP has, beyond any shadow of doubt in my mind, ABSOLUTE WORST COFFEE that money can buy EVERY MORNING, EVERY AFTERNOON AND EVERY NIGHT! TERRIBLE and always scorched!! Waffle House and Huddle House lack menu variety. Cracker Barrel doesnt stay open 24 hours. They are who they are, but THEY ALL MANAGE TO MAKE BETTER COFFEE THAN IHOP EVERY SINGLE DAY OF ANY YEAR!!! ☕☕☕

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. We were seated quickly because we went during that slow period between lunch and dinner. Our server was professional. My issue is when we got our food it was cold. I ordered a vegetable omelet, and my friend ordered a hot sand which. We asked to speak to the manager. This woman dressed casually had an attitude and clearly didnt want to deal with us. She argued with us about the food and didnt want to take our food back. She didnt apologize and she nor comp us for anything. Last time I go to that location.

Welp, I havent been here in a while due to other issues I saw before. This time I ordered my food and was drinking my coffee, I poured another cup and a baby ROACH landed in my cup. I wanted to gag!!!! Right on the damn spot. Will not be back. My ticket was taken care of and I still left a tip for my waitress. Its a shame customers have to worry about the vleanliness of an estsblishment. That reflects on the staff. I suggest this one shut down and clean, change the carpet and update this restaurant. My favorite breakfast spot is no more.

Shawnda was the waitress and seen me and my boyfriend sit down with our family. She never asked if we wanted anything but dropped the check and kept checking to see if my family was ready to pay. She needs a different job because she has no clue how to give proper service. My families drinks were empty no refills, plates still on the table. Didnt offer to go boxes, didnt remove the plates. This has been the worst service Ive ever seen and recieved. Me and my boyfriend were hungry but i guess she didnt want our money.

Went there the other night and I had to wait 30 mins to order food. Now this would have been fine if the place was packed but there was only two other small parties at the restaurant. Then after we order they came back 15 mins later claiming they didnt have any more pancakes. What Kind of pancake restaurant has no pancakes!! Anyway, I then changed my entire order to get chicken and waffles after another 10 or so minutes they come back claiming they only had pumpkin waffles. Woww
