Went on a Saturday afternoon. Place was dead as hell. Waitress seemed a little slow in understanding our order. Five minutes later she brought our waffles and no syrup then totally forgot about us. The rest of our food sat on the counter and got cold. The cook had to bring it and give us syrup too. The hash browns were burnt and tea wasnt sweet either. Service and food were horrible. Wont be going back and somebody needs to retrain the staff on cooking and service.

If I could give it no stars I would. Allysia must be new but nobody, 6 associates, were training her. Poor girl didnt call out our order and it was wrong. Another couple left after a 30 min wait. Another couple wanted onion rings for their burgers but they were out? And another table was sill waiting for their order after we were done with our, fixed, meal. Worst experience EVER

I just had the worst meal Ive ever had at a waffle house. The beef was over cooked while everything else was undercooked, nearly raw onions, soggy hashbrowns, wrong bread. If Serji is cooking you should just walk back out the door and go elsewhere, he is in too much of a hurry to worry about cooking the food right, even at a slow time.

I went with a group of ten people. We took extra chair. We stayed in two separate tables. Only one table asked for food. the person who was in attendance was not upset with the table that asked for nothing. My group wanted to be together, and this place concerning large groups. I recommend this place. great service.

This place is allot always good, last night 10/09/2012 11:30PM it was a dump, I had to grab a towel and spray bottle and clean it myself. And when they saw me doing it they completely ignored it like it wasnt happening. The syrup bottles were also drenched in maple syrup. The place was completely NASTY.

Asked for steak to be medium well..had to send it back...came back just as bloody. Didnt switch out plates, bread was soaked in blood along with edges of hashbrowns...ughhhh!!!!

Very upset that when you order your breakfasts they serve half your order and you have to wait for the rest mean while the rest of your meal is getting cold.

This Waffle House has top notch customer service, one of the employees even knows my name by heart. This location is kept up nicely as most waffle houses.

Service was very slow. Employees were arguing with each other. Oh yeah, and they have an 80 on their inspection. Try another location.
