This is probably the worst service Ive ever had I went there and orderd three things and two freezes they got two things right ( XXL chicken grilled stuff burrito , and a bean burrito) and the things they got wrong were the freezies we asked for were the airhead freezies and they gave us Baja blast AND THE WORST THING. I asked.for a shredded chicken Burrito with black beans (these people working there acted like they never heard of that in their entire life. ) And gave me a BEEF BURRITO WITH ONIONS??? we went back and tried to order the same thing. And I repeated it very slowly (shredded chicken Burrito with black beans) and they gave me the seven layer burrito. Where in there right mind did they get a seven layer burrito out of what I ACCTULY said. This place needs to get some serious help.

I have been through several times and they always get my order wrong. Tonight I had finally had enough and I googled their phone number and thats not even right! It kept ringing like a dial up internet connection! Either that or someone was on the phone all night which does not surprise me. I just want my crap with no beans, is that too much to ask? They say mmm hmm when you tell them at the order section, and then they give it to you totally wrong, what am I supposed to do, check inside all my packages to see if they messed up before I leave the drive up window? I guess Ill go inside, and if they get it wrong, they can wear it!

Went through the drive thru in the late afternoon around 4 pm and there was a skinny blonde girl with braces and a high pony tail operating the window. She was very high and could barley stand up straight. I cant believe this place allows their employees to show up/or smoke weed while on the clock. Unbelievable. The food was also disgusting and cold. Never coming back to this location.

I have no idea why people are saying the staff are mean, they are extremely friendly always extremely friendly, especially the older gentleman that is usually in the 1st window, always happy. I am never dissapointed here, I even ordered a virgin pina colada and they joked right back with me, I love this taco bell! You guys rock, ignore these other posts, they are jealous and bitter.

My food tasted like crap.They definitely put there own little twist on it. I have gotten the same thing for a long time and I have never been so displeased. I had three chili cheese burritos and they taste like fire hot sauce in them. The manager was very nice but why do people have to play with your food.

Taco Bell is Taco Bell. Its not meant to be the best food you have ever had, and its not. Regardless, it meets my expectations...when they get the order right, which more often than not, they dont. Ive never had problems getting them to fix it, but they should be able to do it right in the first place.

Do not get cinnamon twists. I was once dared to lick the inflatable ring on a pool. Cinnamon twists taste like it. Poor service. If you want to replace a bad thing (over $1.00) with a different thing on the menu, that item has to be under a dollar ($1.00). The employees are rude.

This Taco Bell has the worst service. If you expect fast food, do not go here at night. There is no reason I should be waiting 30 minutes in the drive thru, when there are only two cars ahead of you. And they consistantly screw up orders.

Never dressed appropriately, had no shredded chicken cooked after being open for an hour. Very loud and rude. Didnt have breakfast menus showing. I have an issue everytime we come here.
