Where do I begin first my friend forgot to make a reservation for a party of 25 people on a Sunday and Im pretty sure you can imagine how packed and crowded this place was but the manager Kent was super helpful and made sure we had a private room to eat in not only that with it being so crowded the wait was not long at all and that is very impressive considering how crowded it was. So whatever system he was doing I urge him to continue on doing it. This was my first time at this location and I must say it left a positive impression the staff was wonderful and our waitress Jessica went above and beyond her duties to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. I gave her my last as a tip and if I didnt run out of cash I would have also tip the manager(Kent) :-). I will be going back to the Golden Corral on Austell Road and would greatly refer anybody there with NO hesitation.

Horrible experience. Well the food was good though. My experience consisted of: Sunday November 15th at 1:50 p.m 1) The guy working the steak station was very rude to me and my mother 2) I went through 4.... Yes you read that right 4 dirty plates before finding a clean one. 3) I went through 3 dirty trays at the initial walk in (when they hand you a drink) 4) I went through 4 packs of dirty silverware before just asking for plastic 5)Got pushed by an employee with a cart by the salad area and I didnt even get a "sorry" 6) when I asked the manager for more silverware he gave me a rude look and handed me a packet of silverware. The lady who collected or plates was the nicest person. Usually my experiences with golden corrals were very pleasurable. But this time it was terrible. I will not be returning to this Golden Corral. But hey, its a buffet on a Sunday. What can you expect?

They get a 3 because they got rid of the fly problem, however, Byron who is the meat carver needs to seriously rein in his attitude. He was giving another guest grief because the guest asked him to cut the steak into two pieces. Apparently Byron doesnt understand that in America, the customer is always right. Byron sounded Haitian. Furthermore, Im glad to see that the food is tasting better, but it would have been nice if the sweet tea I got near the end of the meal was actually sweet. Also, the ice cream server person was nowhere to be found, the salad station was running low on options. Kudos to my server, except for the tea, she was on point and kept our table clear of dirty dishes. We might go back in another 6 months to see if they have gotten back to their 1990s way of life which was spotless with great food.

I am tour bus driver and after reading all the negative comments and reviews I had serious doubts about stopping here with a group of 56 .I went in looking for anything I just read and I found nothing,from the first person I met,the lady giving the drinks,who was very polite and smiling,to the very attentive waitress Tasha, who was on the run with my group was great,she never left empty plates on the tables and the glasses were always full, Ill say it again Tasha was great.Oh and the steak cook was always on the ball also, I always got exactly what I had asked for.There was no bad smell when I walked into the place,no dirty carpet, and no dirty dishes either. I even heard the waitresss several times singing happy birthday to different people also. I went in looking for I read and found not a one,it was ALL GREAT.THANKS!!!

Went in the restaurant on a Saturday @ 11:40 or so and was sat by the hostess in the second to the last room in the back. Around 12:15 or 12:30 the gray haired manager can in and told us he had a party coming at 1:00 and he needed the room. We caught him as he walked pass and asked if there was any where else our party could sit, he pointed to the other side of the restaurant. Now if there was a party coming why were we sat in that section and why couldnt the other party go to the other section. The manager was rude, disrespectful and nasty and the lack of professionalism is sad. We were planning to have our Christmas party there but we will go else where because if thats how your manager treats customers, I can see why you score is so low.

Here we go! 1. The trays were filthy, stacked and wet.. 2. My server was too deep into her senior citizens discount (on age that is) 3. Then the Lil ol lady brought my kids refill of fruit punch to me in a cup and proceeded to pour equal amounts in kid cup.. ??? What was she thinking???? 4. Last, I go to the cotton candy, there was none.. I asked the Hispanic woman if she could assist however she was carrying on with a telephone call via her Bluetooth, she gave me my order and carried on in conversation.. Terrible.. Smh The food was hot.. Somewhat overcooked.. And the most important food item on my plate is the rolls and unfortunately they were just all wrong..

There is a huge selection of food, but this place is a breeding ground for germs. Its absolutely disgusting. The tables & chairs are sticky. The buffet bar is messy and I noticed a thick film on the warming lamps. The bathroom has water or urine (who knows) on the floor, no tissue paper in the stalls. And the doors to the stalls were sticky & gummy. Yuck!!!! There is carpet in the dining area which is a dumb design concept. There should only be bare floors for cleaning. There was trash collecting under the tables where the waiter couldnt reach until closing. No need to say this is my last time here.

Where do I start, when my family were first walking in the restaurant, there was an Ice Cream (with cone) all on the windows, then the closer we got to the entrance the nastier the windows got...they were ridiculous. Then once we got inside my husband pulled a tray and there was food all under the tray, tried to get another tray and all the trays were filthy. The food was not good at all, nothing was hot. Saw hash browns in pans stacked on top of each other. So the temperature couldnt have been checked. The bar was not clean... I will never visit this location again... 5.27.17 Disgusted Customer

Good Morning, Came to this place at 10:50 and at 11 the cashier said that is a dinner price, I did wait until 11:06, I do like the place. Wash my hands and salmon and steak not ready, finished my plate and steak is still not ready, I did ask how long and the person serving said that there is more people in front of me. I did ask again how long may be and he said that I may go to Mexico and get back and wont be ready. Mgr said thathe is going to talk to the gentleman serving cause he may have a personal problem. I went back to the table, wait 5 min nothing happen so I left the place

As soon as we walked in, none of the plates were properly cleaned and the people up front were of no help nor did they have great customer service. It took a couple of tries to find a clean dish. One dish still had the food stuck to it and got it all over my hand. I went to go get some mashed potatoes and the worker there acted very inappropriately and made me feel uncomfortable. We made a complaint but nothing was done about it so we left without even finishing our food. The place is disgusting with not many option and overly expensive as compared to other better buffets.
