I have to ding this location for the extremely tight parking situation. If there were ample parking, I would give it a 4/5 but with how few spaces they have and how crowded it gets, I have to ding them. Add in the fact that this is an extremely busy intersection, and it turns into a pain to get in and out here. I would recommend stopping in at Moes down the street if you need a burrito fix but dont want to spend all the time here.

I LOVE CHIPOTLE! Their food is delicious! I order taco kits for my kids and order chicken, rice, and cheese. You get to watch them make your food so you can see how quick it goes. It is pretty quick. My one child loves the cheese and gets it every single time. I love how you can sit outside if it is cold inside. You have a nice view of the street. I recommend trying this chipotle it is delicious.

My daughter and I went there last night. Service took longer than normal from what looked like low staff, but food was great. The gentleman on salsa was very friendly and fast. I believe Phil was his name. The taller manager greeted us and was also very polite. Cashier seemed nice, took my payment and but made very little too no conversation. Overall, as always pleased, satisfied and stuffed!

I contacted Chipotle, last minute, to see if they could give us a deal for dinner to feed our local high school womens soccer team as they prepared for a tournament play off game. Lamar, the manager, insisted that they could donate a burrito for each player and coach! He went way above my expectations! We truly appreciate his generosity and support :)

One of the worst locations Ive been to. Their portion sizes are skimpy, and you 20 minutes to start your order. Their so slow at making your food. Also the food here tastes different from the other locations. Its not as good. Parking is a far stretch at peak hours. Id rather travel to North Olmsted or Lakewood for better experience.

Worst Chipotle Ive ever been to. I suggest going to the North Olmsted location instead where they actually give you your moneys worth of food. This location barely gives any rice or meat. Ive always had a pleasant experience at the North Olmsted location though.

It has great food with a great selection of ingredients of the best quality. The atmosphere of the place is a little overwhelming for some, but it is more tailored to the current generation with the music. Overall, I enjoyed the place, and I had a great time.

Fast, friendly service at this location! If you havent tried the sofritas yet, you need to do so. Nice vegetarian option with a unique "chili" flavor that is fabulous. But get your bowl to go - its so big you wont finish it in one sitting!

Just came from there obviously none of the people can hear behind the counter cause they messed up my bowl 3 times even with the list shown right in there face . my food went into the garbage after I left . yum -_- 3rd time wasting money
