This is the second time that I have received poor service because of the workers attitudes! I came to the Strongsville location (Southpark) last week and ordered a burrito. When the worker folded the burrito, it busted and she kept folding it. There were two young ladies that saw what happened and told her that is busted. She went to get another tortilla to do the burrito over. She became very annoyed and refolded the burrito and threw it. I asked to speak to a manager, she apologized and then the young lady came to apologize to me. Today I came to get a burrito and everything was fine until they went to fold the burrito. The same young lady was having difficulty folding it and then her coworker came to do it for her. He appeared to have trouble folding it as well and I noticed that the burrito wasnt folded all the way. I kindly asked him to put it in a container because it was going to fall apart once I opened the foil and he looked at me and said "It is folded!" He walked over, grabbed a container and threw my burrito in it "still wrapped" and pushed it down the line.

Ordered online. Got there at the exact time we said wed pick it up. Both burritos were cold and partially wrapped and the tortillas were rubbery. We set that time for you to make it then, not have it sit out until that time. We took them back to get them redone. The second time, they forgot my extra meat that we paid for, the white rice was under-cooked and plain and the burrito looked like it wasnt wrapped, but thrown together, the inside was falling out. And IT WAS STILL COLD! No wonder there was an ecoli outbreak. Your food isnt even fresh. And this was on a busy Sunday afternoon! We will never come here again! Also, try hiring workers who arent incompetent and know how to wrap a burrito. Thats like the main thing they should know.

I agree "Good food but less quantity " @ This location. I eat at Chipotle 3 or more time a week all over the country. It really sucks to pay $2.15 for extra chicken because we only 7 small pieces- barely 3/4 a spoon full at first. I asked for Cheese and got a pinch. REALLY...This is my 2nd visit to this location. Both with the same results. 5 servers on the front line??? The one standing next to the cashier just stands there and watches how much food they put on the plate. If this is how they trying to save money paying extra person to make sure a customer dont get enough. . They can keep the food! Apparently they didnt comprehend the previous persons comment/ suggestion. Ill be choosing another location.

I applied for job here. I am a legal immigrant with thick accent but a hard worker. I have experienced working over 24 hours. During the interview their manager seems very nice, I was able to answer all his questions because I did all research about the company, but they never called me back. Probably not hired for being a minority with an accent.

Very less quantity and my experience today is Bad. cashier charged tax for a to go when asked why it was charged, i didt understand his response and it was careless ... Brown rice is under cooked and very grainy. I used to be regular to this chipotle location in the past but from past few experiences Its better to stop !!!

Good food less quantity. The burrito bowl which I took was not at all sufficient for 1 person, even after asking for extra rice. No wonder this location is not crowded. Go to the location on Pearl road instead!!!

This location, like all, has had some issues with getting a good crew consistently... seems like they have a good one currently. Clean, quick, friendly and consistent. The last few weeks have been a+.

They had Under Cooked rice, blackbeans and Chips!! It has happened multiple times before. I assumed they will change the quality of food, but they didnt. Also they give less quantity on everything..

I agree with other reviewers... Its your typical Chipotle. Which isnt a bad thing! Most of the time good quality and warm burrito, sometimes not so much and small portions of meat.
