Ill give them 2 stars for using flank steak. The burrito was small as hell, and the chips and salsa were fine but dude seriously the portion of salsa given to me (to go) was about the equivalent to two of them small paper cups fast food restaurants give you. The chip cant even dip in it because the thing was so small. 9 bucks for this pathetic burrito. Id rather hit up taco bell and get triple the amount of food for that price. I dont mind quality over quantity but this place is a joke portion wise. The food was tasty, but for almost ten dollars I would expect a bit more. Oh, and I just remembered the guacamole that I paid extra for was turning. Still good enough to eat, but if I pay extra I expect it to be fresh. Do yourself a favor and skip this place and go get some food at the double dragon buffet right next door.

Today I went back to try again the place I once loved and frequented at least 2-3 times a month. They had the best service and family friendly prices. I told everyone about them. I stopped going after their website said they offer lunch prices on Saturdays and didnt up charge for weekend pricing only to get to the restaurant to find out you could no longer order from the lunch menu on weekends. I tried it again today and left disappointed. I ordered lunch fajitas and the amount of chicken and vegetables would literally fit in the palm of my hand. They tried to spread it out in the plate but it wouldnt even cover the bottom. The portions have shrunk considerably and the friendly service I was used to was not evident. Sad day for me as I said "never again" to one of the places I used to love the most.

Very solid "Tex-Mex"/Americanized style Mexican joint. (cant stand when ppl talk about how" authentic" these places either are or arent - if its in the USA and serves flour tortillas its not "authentic" - and thats ok.) the margaritas are STRONG and thats my primary litmus test. 2nd is the food, which if its fresh and competently seasoned and prepared it shouldnt be hard to F up refried beans, rice, and salsa. Food is solid. Vegetarian options are good which is also crucial to me such as veggie fajitas, spinach enchiladas, and my favorite the mushroom quesadilla (sooo good). The waiters and waitresses are all cute Mexican ppl which is also important. (dont like seeing white employees in ethnic restaurants). Place is just... solid. 4 stars and recommended.

When I walked in, the host said "Sup" to me. It didnt bother me at first. I went to the takeout counter to order my food. I gave the woman the EXACT name and number of what I wanted. She got it wrong and charged me $17 for 4 tacos smaller than Taco Bells. A group of white people walked in and the host said "Welcome. How can I help you?" In a strong Hispanic accent. I walked across the street and opened my food. Which was ice cold and stale. I am an African American that doesnt try to pull the race card. But this was so blatantly obvious that I dont care. If you hate me or my race, dont even serve us. Let us spend our money at a place that will appreciate us. Or at least show an ounce of respect.

I am visiting from Houston, where theres many authentic Mexican taquerias everywhere. I went here because people claimed it is authentic, cheap, has good service, and fabulous margaritas. Everything was true, except the food part. I ordered a combo with a chicken enchilada, beef burrito, chile rellano, and rice and beans so that I could taste a variety of their food. Yuck! Nothing authentic about any of it. The beef was the worse. It didnt taste like real beef. Maybe it was the seasoning or the way it was cooked, but I didnt eat the burrito or the chile because of the foul beef flavor. Margaritas were great though!

I just finished my meal and was highly disappointed and so was my date! The food was awful, all of it. The chichen was tough, tasteless, and odorless. The red sauce on both our enchiladas was gross, it tasted like spaghetti sauce. The rice was like somethig out of a box but had no seasoning even though it was supposed to be "spanish rice". Lastly, what ever that excuse was for salad was some chopped lettuce, three squirts of sour cream, and a cherry tomato! I will never go back and I hope you dont either.

I lived in Southern California for 5 years so moving back to Ohio and eating this joke called Mexican food from many of the options available here is damn right depressing. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised at Don Ramons. Didnt expect the flavor and quality that they had. The building was nice and clean spacious with decent ambiance. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for my family and I

The food is amazing! We have family dinner there once a week. The portions are generous, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is always friendly and will accomodate your needs, whatever they are. GREAT FOOD for a GREAT PRICE with FRIENDLY STAFF - best Mexican in Cleveland without a doubt. I would not hesitate to send anyone here.

Have been a client since 2005 and never had a problem food not always the best. But I had gastro by pass and now need to order smaller meal and they have a problem selling me a meal from kids menu even if other adults are ordering full course meal. Owner/mangers need lesson on customer service. Waitresses are fabulous friendly attentive.

Great place, great people(other then one old lady who is server, she never smiles) ,superb taste. The only thing they need is better management by not removing the existing team, sometime I see things are all screw up and ppl running all over..then you get your nachos/chips after you finish your meal.

My friend and I meet there a few days ago for lunch that had to be the worst food I ever ate. I order the taco salad and four hours later I was in the parma hospital with food posioning. My friend also became very ill and was laid up in bed for a week. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Ordered carrryout on 1/9/16 and was quoted a pickup time of 10 minutes. Arrived 15 minutes after ordering and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. Paid $9 dollars for two soft tacos that were literally the size of a ho ho. Food was mediocre to average at best. I will not return.

Always a good meal, and a short walk from East Coast Custard. The service is always friendly and the chips and salsa are great. I usually get the chorizo and chicken. My heart hates me for it, but to hell with him. The fried ice cream is good if youre not up to a walk.

Idk the food quality that everyone else got here. But it was terrible and nothing was home made. It wasnt authentic Mexican food at all. Its a shame. I was hoping it would be good since its around the corner from me. Id rather drive 30 minutes and get Fiesta Jalepenos.

Always clean, and the food portions are pretty good for the price. I havent dove into much of the menu but the lunch fajitas are great. The free salsa you get with the chips sometimes has a tomato sauce taste to it, but you really cant complain, its complimentary.
