It PAINS me to leave a bad review for Si Senor because I have been a customer since day 1 when they opened on Detroit Rd. near Dover Center 8 years ago. The food and service were above average and consistent for many years. Last year we ate there 7 times and noticed things slipping. The food was becoming bland and the taste unremarkable. The service was OK, but many of the regular staff members had moved on and there a more impersonal feel to the place. We were hoping that their new location on Sperry Rd would give them a clean slate and some new energy. We were really disappointed last Sunday night when our party of ten visited the new joint. Although the service was horrible (slow to arrive, never refilling water, having to beg for chips, spilled full salsa bowl on guest), I would still cut them some slack in that department because it was so obvious that there were loads of new hires to staff the much bigger location. There was no excusing the food, which was just plain "not good". I ordered grilled chicken tacos, which arrive naked as theres a new taco bar to decorate them to taste. The chicken itself was utterly low-grade, processed Sysco variety. There is no mistaking processed chicken for fresh. I could repeat the same complaint for 4 other dishes around the table which featured chicken in burritos and chimichangas. The two salsas on the taco bar had a tinny aftertaste and were absent the zing and snap of fresh vegetables. I tried one of the 4 Pico offerings (Pico with corn) and it was tasteless. This new location features a novel tortilla machine which is cool to watch, as well as 6 or 7 frozen drink machines churning out colorful cocktails. I was really disappointed, not only with my meal but with the loss of a once respectable restaurant. The food here used to have real flavor, from the refried beans to the table salsa. For whatever reason, the quality of the food has been degraded and there is truly no good reason to eat here. Any reviewers who give this place more than 3 stars literally have no clue what good Mexican tastes like. They are obviously looking at price-point only, and are happy to fork a plateful of tasteless mush into their pie hole so long as it fills their gut. Do yourself a favor and eat one time at Momocho. Then eat at Si Senor so that youll be able to leave an accurate rating and intelligent review.

Hostess was MIA when we arrived. It was 4pm, and the place was not very busy. After a minute or two, she showed up and sat us, and immediately brought us chips, salsa, and waters. 15 minutes later, we were still waiting for someone to come and take our order. Several staff walked past our table, and someone who appeared to be the manager came out of the kitchen. However, he was more interested in watching the Browns game. As we left to find someplace where we would actually get service, I noticed that, again, the hostess was missing from her station.

Desde al entrar hasta el servicio se puede ver el racismo que existe en ese lugar la verdad pense que extistia igualdad de clase pero los hispanos ahi nos contamos para ellos pase una hora y nunca me tomaron la orden...

Love this place, especially on Tuesdays. 99¢ tacos are great, and the frozen margaritas are amazing to say the least!! The service is slightly slow on this day but only bc they become super busy. But once your order is in, it comes out in 10 minutes or less! Another plus is they use the Belly rewards system.. Great rewards, great dining, great food. Two thumbs up all around!!!

Lunch Service used to be great when there was a 30-40ish woman as a server. They switched her out with a 20ish guy who is terrible. Today was the last day we will go there. Service is now horrible. He doesnt get our order right, then blames us, the only special thing is corn tortillas. This has happened more then once. There are better options even if they cost a bit more.

Okay, I got there at 6:30 on a Tuesday, which is 99 cent taco night, had to be somewhere at 7:00. I ordered 8 tacos for family and me, 2 minutes 39 seconds, the food is out there, eat food, pay tab, out there by 6:52. Amazing service, really fast. Plus, tacos are cheap and AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Westlake location had terrible service. Our waiter was awful and not attentive at all. Very disappointing. Cleveland location has always had great service. There were 9 of us and we had to constantly ask for either a refill or anything. Not sure any of us will return.

Sat at the bar, had classic margaritas that were perfectly mixed, our food caim fast and was delicious! We recommend the chimuchunga and carnitas, theres a mariachi band that plays during happy hour as well. Homemade tortillas were icing on on cake!! Awesome!!!

We chose this facility because its located close to the Wild Horse Pass Raceway where our Grandson was racing. From the outside-it kind of looks stark due to the ultra modern design. Inside is still modern but has a homier feel with a parlor style entry

The only place with real home made habernero salsa and a real perfect margaritas. Not on the menu. I really feel it is the best mexican cuisine around. Also they now have fresh tortillas, just had some at the new location and they are unbelievable!!

Terrible experience. Food was fine, but service was a joke. Server took order, never came back and was sitting at the bar drinking beer! Management clearly needs replaced. Will never come back until the "under new management" banner flies outside.

Always delicious, regardless of what you get, homemade quality, always freshly prepared and very consistent high quality. Suggest they do even more authentic flavors, spices, and dishes to grow our palates and appreciate all the regions of Mexico.

Worst experience ever at a Mexican restaurant, food came out cold, the meat was raw, and it took them a long time. Service was mediocre too. Go to the Taco Bell down the street if you want Mexican, or something quick, but not here.
