Horrible. Took 15 minutes to get order, was only 7 people in entire place. Took at least 20 more to receive food. And wow! Bacon was probably cooked for that full 20 minutes. Literally broke apart as you picked it up. Hash browns were undercooked. My milk had something floating in it. And after wai waiting for another 15 minutes, with my plate pushed to their side of the counter, a manager finally happened to see me and asked what was wrong. I waited another 10 minutes for food before realizing they havent even started it yet. So i left. Sucks because this is the closest one to my house. Will not be back here for breakfast.

I went in and sat down and there was an older lady barking about where the other waitress was who I just seen on the back dock smoking a cigarette or whatever she was doing. She asked me what I wanted to drink and I told her then 5 minutes later she starts screaming at me from the other side of the restaurant. Initially I had no clue she was talking to me since I already had this exchange with her. She yelled again What are going to drink! I figured if were going to start the night with her screaming at me I should cut my losses and leave hungry.

Very unprofessional service. We called in our order in advance so we wouldnt overwhelm the staff. When we arrived, we found out our order was never entered. Kay was the employee we dealt with. She became very frustrated and rude with us (despite us doing nothing wrong), and at one point even slammed her hands on the register. The entire restaurant turned to look at her. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or what but she was very rude and unprofessional. Would rather not have to deal with that when were hungry.

Wow I gave this place 1 star a year ago, I wish I could give them another one star. Like an idiot I tried again to give it a chance but again I order my food get home and discover its wrong. Check your food if you dare to eat here because apparently take out orders are just being taken to have something to do. To be honest as much as I wouldnt mind eating another order correctly made, who wants to after having to travel back to the store and then travel back home to eat?

i had so much fun the employees made me a mickey mouse waffle house waffle it was fun i do like how they make the waffles they say waffle house in the middle of the waffle its cool it was a little busy they were calming down with customers but it was fun it took a little while but i was waiting pationly and they apoligized they said we didnt have to pay because they said they messed it all up but i still left a tip they said not to but i wanted to so i did

5 Stars because you cant expect TOO much from Waffle House. This is the place for an old fashioned meal of eggs, hashbrowns and bacon. You can enjoy artery-clogging delights while tuning in to the personal dramas of all the Waffle House employees. Its not the most friendly place to go, nor is the cleanliness. I would suggest that employees take a little more pride in having a job.. I mean if your that miserable, you can change where you work. But should the customer have to be the ones who you take it out on?? Just a suggestion, But who am I? I just want my family treated decently when we go out to eat together. .

Great place for breakfast or a late nigh 4th meal. I have never received bad food from this location. The All-Star breakfast is my favorite! I stopped in around 1:30am after a recent concert and was the only patron in the place and had a great conversation with the staff. Even when they are slammed for breakfast on a weekend morning, the staff are always friendly and smiling.

We walked in all the tables were dirty, ALL OF THEM. We sat down at a dirty table figuring someone to to come clean it. Instead they walked by us and cleaned all the tables around us and took orders of the people that came in after us. We got up and left, the servers grinned and laughed. Seriously!?

The building was newly remodeled and looks nice. That is the only good thing I can say. I think this is the worst Waffle House Ive been to. The food was bland and the service was apathetic. Very disappointed. Id rather go hungry than return to this location.

Service was sub-par and there was a small leak above my head.When I pulled a napkin from the holder, there was an unidentified bug living on the next piece. A similar bug was crawling on my table later in my meal. I wont return to this location.

Need More of These My friends and I all went here around 10am. Super hungry, and was not disappointed. Very nice and old-fashioned. Waiters were nice and the food was good. Prices were not bad at all. Keep up the good work guys!
