Worst Taco Bell, I have ever been to. It dont even deserve a star. I left my purse in the restaurant, when I called about it the employee laughed at me and said she would call me back and hung up the phone. Without asking for my number. My husband drove me back to Taco Bell, I spoke to the so called manager which pretty much laughed as well. When I asked about the cameras, I was told they are full. So I made a police report, because I found something was fishy. They also gave him the same attitude. Told him, they have missing money out of the register. But dont have cameras to prove who it is. He also agreed with me its the dirtiest restaurant in Boone County. When a police officer wont even eat there, it must be pretty bad. While they make your food they dance around listening to loud music. I had to clean a table off, before we could even sit down. I did get my purse back, it was missing the money and a gift card. It was found in the parking lot of Taco Bell, by someone. Everything had been gone through. Funny part is, it was found after I spoke to the employees. Pretty fishy to me! I will never step foot into this disgusting Taco Bell again.

It started out well until the manager practically threw our food at us. He looked at me like an idiot when we told him the order was wrong. We asked for it to go, and forgot half our order. Next, every beverage on the drink machine was out of syrup. Didnt get a refund even offered, nor did they offer to change out the syrup, we just got an OK. When we left and finally got to eat our food, half of the meat from our tacos were in the bottom of the bag and not wrapped up. What was left of our food tasted horrendous, like the grill to warm the tortillas had never been cleaned and tasted like old, burnt grease. The restaurant was disgusting on the inside. I was shocked because the outside looked new. The bathroom stalls didnt lock and the soap was empty. This was overall the most disgusting and disappointing place I have ever been.

Our experience was very frustrating. We ordered and didnt get our food until fifteen minutes later, and in addition to that we had to wait in line again to get our drinks. Other customers were complaining about the slow service. The facility was mostly clean, but when service was ridiculous, considering its right off the highway and the lines werent particularly busy. As just passing customers, it was annoying that our "quick stop" added 40 minutes to our travel time. To add to the frustration, The workers were visible from the front and you could see their lack of motivation or speed. Very disappointed with the service and wont be visiting on our way back.

If this is the Taco Bell near I 75, then it is in serious need of a good manager. We went in to place our order last night, but all we saw were two kids standing in the back obviously texting or face booking. With them being this unconcerned with doing their jobs that the public can view, we could only wonder how they handle the actual food preparation. We left and wont be back again.

The only reason it got one star was because its impossible to give zero stars. The absolute worst service Ive gotten from anywhere in my entire life. I was in drive thru for 30 minutes with a 3 car line! And two of the three people working were just standing around talking and drinking pop. Despicable. Whoever is running this place needs FIRED.

Could not understand my order, when order was successfully put in I did not receive said order. Would not double check my order. What I got a cold sloppy mess that ruined my night. Me and my family all agree $35 wasted. As of right now, worst experience I had with a fast food restaurant.

Super slow service in an unbusy restaurant. Waited over 20 minutes for my food after ordering. Very untrained cashier. Had to repeat my order several times before he got it right. This is the slowest taco bells Ive ever visited

If my work was this shoddy I would be fired. The crews are slow and just plain look like they dont give a damn. If you are going to have the prep area open so the customers can see then train your crews in presentation

Taco Bell is awesome. I usually go through the drive-thru and Ive never had any problems here. The employees are always very friendly and Ive never had to wait for my order. Its always Hot and delicious!

waited 15 minutes for food. When we got our order the food was just thrown into the bag, loosely wrapped, and upside down. Literally a mess and the worst presentation I have ever seen at taco bell.
