You can count on waiting up to half an hour if you go through the drive-thru on any given day. They rarely have things already prepared, and although its nice to get things fresh, you wont even get that. They usually claim they dont "have" it because they dont want to make it. We have been here twice when theyve asked us to pick different sides for our meals because they didnt "have" them. Are you kidding me? Youre going to tell me that KFC is out of corn on the cob and coleslaw? This is obviously not a well-managed branch. I will drive 5 - 10 miles out of my way the next time I want KFC!

Worst service ever let me tell you if your dying of hunger please dont go thre, the manager (NICOLE) big black girl... don t knw how to deal with customers. My sister bought the new zinger and a piece of plastics hard metal came inside of the burger she didnt knw and eat a piece of it ... we brought it back and it was so embarrassing she didnt say sorry or ask if my sister was ok , she gave us attitude The Who time until it led into a big argument!!! WOrst experience ever!!!!!!! Please they need to change there whole staffing ... Im definitely fenna have someone look into this!!

Worst ever...I have been going to KFC for decades, these were the worst visits ever... twice in 1 week, poor customer service, both times in lobby I wasnt greeted nor acknowledged that I was even there. I would have complained to a manager but again the 2 people behind the counter would not even look at me , just kept working the drive thru. .. (now i am clock watching) 15 minute both visits, very hungry and upset I went to competition across the street POPEYES, I will never visit THIS SITE again.

I have been here 4 times in the last 6 months.Three times at the drive thru once I went inside. Something is always wrong. Intercom does not work. Very, very long wait. No chicken or you have to wait 20 minutes while they find it and cook it. Something missing when you get your order. Your order not right. Evidently there is no management. Same service if you go inside.

This colenel wak. I went to gets my chicken and they dropped it on the flo. Then I bit into my taters and there was a hair in them bois. I asked for a spoon and the lady (who scared me to death) threatened to have me arrested. I am honestly terrified dem homies did something to my food. Last time I ever try to kit my kfc fix. Ive been twice in three months and both times the staff was rude as ever!! I had to drive to the one on Lakeshore to get decent service. They need to fire the whole staff, except the older lady, and start again. Even the manager Darryl or whoever he is, is rude and incompetent

Service is terrible. I only get hot wings because everything else make me sick to the stomach. They sent the cashier on break while 3 people was waiting for the orders to be taken. The manager never sent anyone over to take the orders. Terrible customer service.

They are super busy all the time. You have to make sure your order is right. Theyre always out of fountain machine syrup. Theyre fast, but not real friendly . However, theyre not rude either. I think their understaffed an always running out of stock
