Doesnt even deserve a 1 star. We saw a hint that Popeyes may still be open as online it said 11pm close and it was only 10:40pm and the lights were still full on. Saw nobody inside but a couple people in drive through so we decided to go drive-through. We went to the ordering microphone and there was a paper that said "Inside Order Only" and it was dark. So we sat in drive through a few min wondering if Popeyes was still open but maybe a possibility of ordering in the window because people were there. Nope, we walked to the window after a few min and this thick black lady just shook her head as if they were closed and someone was still at the window as if getting their food. Ridiculous!!!! If youre closed then shut the dam lights off or put a cone in the drive through if it aint working! You had 7 people total in the drive through behind the one person you were serving and ALL waiting to order and nope, you just let them sit right there without saying a thing or doing a thing.

The cashier, whose name was Jean, provided the worst service ever. It was our first time going to a Popeyes restaurant and while we were trying to figure out the menu, he stood there huffing, making annoyed faces and asking if we were ready every 10 seconds (it was empty, there were no costumers in line behind us) and didnt even TRY to help. Also, because the rest of my party didnt speak any english, he was completely dismissive when they tried to point out on the menu screen what they wanted. He just blatantly ignored them. He was hitting his computer screen so hard when he was taking the order, that I thought he was going to break it. He had this agressive attitude that made me afraid of saying anything. Suffice to say, we are never going back to that place, plus the food was decent at best, but served cold.

El peor Popeyes que he visitado en mi vida. El servicio es bastante malo. Estuve esperando mi comida por media hora. El lobby estaba bastante sucio, las mesas las sillas las puertas. Y el personal le hace falta unas clases de servicio al cliente. Muy mal experiencia. Que triste ver un restaraunte que no lleva ni 6 meses abierto y este tan descuidado y con un personal poco profesional.

What to say about this establishment. The service was good and the food was hot...This is the issues, The restaurant had no air conditioning it was hot, only 1 table clean in the dining area a family of 5 came in they had to wipe a table down themselves.. Now this is the kicker the entire crew in the back with the manager made no attempt to do anything just talk and stand around. The cashier tried to come clean the dining room but she kept getting customers. They dont believe in teamwork at this location. Also the back of the house not clean.. Really cant clean when everyone just standing around.. Dining room soda dispenser dirty even the ice dispencer have mold build up. I want be going back to this location.

The chicken here is tasty - I must admit. BUT, I dont care for the gravy. The biscuits are good here. I just dont care for that sausage gravy. That is just not my idea of gravy, and they dont offer another kind of gravy. I prefer KFC because they have great potatoes and gravy. Yummy chicken here but if you prefer the potatoes and gravy, then maybe KFC is for you. And to be very honest, Publix supermarket makes EXCELLENT fried chicken! I dont understand the southerners obsession with biscuits and gravy, but even so, I dont much care for sausage gravy. Not my thing.

Horrible service especially the cashier who looked bothered lie she didnt want to be there. Horrible service and stated there was no chicken and I look behind her and the bin was full of chicken breast and wings smh. She rolled her eyes when I said and what is that behind you looks like alot of chicken. Horrible and unproffessional staff. Then a lady that walked in from drive thru came in stating that theres a fly/bug in her drink yuck. I shouldve read the reviews before even walking in this place.

Bad customer service when the restuarant is not full and cashiers leave while taking our order> es el. Servicio mas malo que e visto deverian de camviar a todo el personal comensando por el supervisor. No se lo recomiendo a nadie .

Had lunch there and had a terrible experience..# 1, no Customer in the store @ 3.00pm all the table was dirty no where was cleaned to sit, trash was overflowed and everything needed to refill including napkins there was none available to wipe my son hands and 2, the chicken had feathers on the entire thigh and 3, no Customer service at all, everyone seems mad at the world, not one smile on their face. Not good customers Services at ALL.

Popeyes has great chicken & biscuits, but this location is lacking in knowledgeable and friendly help! Also the store is in need of a serious remodel! Eeew! A bit dingy & dirty,which makes you wander if it looks like that in the dining room, whats the kitchen look like?! The food was a bit old grease tasting and the potatoes had hardly any gravy, biscuits (which I normally love) were hard. Probably wont go back unless Im desperate!

This place sucks. I love Popeyes but this specific location is terrible. If I could rate a 0 I would. The staff is ghetto and the portions are awful. Almost 10 bucks for a 3 piece and the pieces of chicken were smaller than any other Popeyes Ive ever been to. Not to mention they got our order wrong and the place literally had no customers at the time. This location needs new management/staff.

THE JAMAICAN MANAGER ON MONDAY MORNING WASNT HAVING A GOOD ATTITUDE WITH CUSTOMERS, EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON ASK HER FOR FOOD OR A DRINK AND SHE DENIED. I END UP BUYING THIS UNFORTUNATELY PERSON HIS MEAL AND SAT WITH HIM TO EAT. THEY SHOULD HAVE MORE COMPASSIONATE AND PROFESSIONAL MANAGERS AT THIS PLACE. THE CASHIER WAS EXCELLENT BUT THE MANAGER NEED TRAINING.

We went for lunch as a group of 4 people. I think the A/C might have been out, because it was stifling hot. One of our group members couldnt finish eating because he was so hot. The workers were playing around a bit too much for me and it took us a little bit to get our food. Other than that, food was good Popeyes food.

This is the worst service I ever had in my life and stupid me I came here twice. On a positive note the food is pretty good I just had to wait forever. 4 out of the 6 sides they offer they were out of. This place needs to be on the undercover boss show. It would be hilarious. The whole staff will be fired.

I bought a 9 piece dinner with two sides, rice and beans and green beans. The chicken was ok, but the rice and beans was spoiled and the green beans were slimmy so I ended up throwing it away. This was my first time going to this particular Popeyes and it will be my last time.
