Im just sorry I had to give this place even 1 star to review it. These people can even handle drive thru only during their remodel. Waited almost 10 mins. for an item i was told would be 3. They forgot butter and honey that were to be with my order. Then they shorted me sauces for my popcorn chicken. Got home and realized they also forgot the popcorn chicken. Went back and asked for the item they forgot also asked if they were going to do anything to make things right. The response was quote "We gave you your chicken what do you want? We cant do anything more it was a team member." I replied that the manager could do something. He just stood inside and looked at me. I told them Id just call corporate and was told in the most smartassed of ways "Have good day sir."And since when do you get a 20 pc. order of chicken and 6 of those pieces are wings? spend your money elsewhere. biggest 60 dollar waste of money ever.

So In the last three weeks I have tried to go to this KFC four times & each time, after I have paid & waited, I was told that there was no breast. I was offered other things but it wasnt what I wanted. Im not sure if whom ever is running the shift is knowledgeable about the business of the store or have the foresight to see if this happens once it must be prevented in the future
