I have been to this chick fila numerous time but today I had the worst service ever. The person Jade at register was rude and the runner for her maybe the manager was trying to push me outta the drive thru. After the order taker complete messed up my order. When Im asking Jade for a bag she is handing me multiple ideas while Im asking her to put stuff into a bag. I dont usually have an issue with this chick fila but I will not be spending my money at this location again. I love chick fila but I will not be going back to this one.

I never get what I paid for. On 3 separate occasions I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and they forgot to give it to me, then gave me a hard time when I went back to get it. Last time I went to this location (which will be my last time ever) I only received 7 (horribly overly done) nuggets when I ordered a 12 count. Like how does that even happen?

This chik-fil-a has always messed up. A woman in my building went to the hospital because the salad wasnt washed properly. Ive personally had th salads and they werent washed either. They were thrown away. And just now I opened my cup of Arnold Palmer and there was a big fly in it. Last time ever going there. Disgusted with the people and food.

This is by far the worst Chick-fil-A I have EVER visited. Chick-fil-A is know for its very courteous and friendly staff, but this particular location does not meet the standard I am used too. Everytime I got here I have a negative experience, so I have chosen to not visit this location anymore.

Great food, clean restaurant. Good place to take the little ones, they have a clean, well kept play place. Kind employees, who do whatever they can to help followed by "my pleasure".... Clean restrooms. No outdoor seating, but plenty indoor. Easy to spot from the road.

I went there earlier today for the yummy cookie & cream shake and fry, but for the first time ever, the fries were cold and disgusting (I ate the fries as soon as I received them, I didnt wait until I got home or anything). On a happier note, the shake was delicious!

This Chick Fil A is set up in a Checkers Dual drive thru layout. So you have multiple sides you can enter. The staff is always insanely nice and the service is fast. Its clean and its Chick Fil A. Best fast food you can get. Fin.

Fast and friendly service. However, I received a very tiny piece of chicken on my chicken English muffin which was very disturbing because I did not get egg on it either. The product I received was not worth the price I paid.

They stuck a chunk of ice in my drink without even bothering to at least break the ice. When I attempted to put my straw in, the ice redirected the straw to the side and punctured the cup, all this while in the car.
