Can you say HORRIBLE? I couldnt believe the experience and customer service. Glad I didnt end up spending money. I do plan to call corporate on this location, and will spread my negative experience everywhere. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes for them to tell me they are closed, with an attitude. They said there was no one in the drive thru when there was still a line behind me. The guy tried to argue with me. I pulled off, and right behind me was other upset potential customers all giving him a piece of their mind.

When I asked for Mac and cheese, they served it to me burn and distasteful. My girlfriend asked for a new one and they legitimately laughed in her face. We finished our meal as they continue to smirk and snicker about us. I felt very uncomfortable and promise to never go there again I can say Ive never had worst customer service.

This place sucked, we get there and they try to tell us all they have is hot wings and tenders....no sides no drinks ...like really no mash potatoes no corn nothing, then we try to tell them nevermind well go somewhere else she rudely tells us bye bye...ok then bye Felicia we wont be doing any business here you guys suck

This store was recently remodeled. It looks very sharp and modern. The staff are very friendly and give great customer service. They are very quick at serving your order. The food taste fresh, hot, and just the way Id expect it to be! This is truly the best KFC Ive been to in a long time. Keep up the great work guys!

Very, very slow, employees standing over the food talking. One cashier walked past asked "may I help you, then, she "replied just a minute", walked toward the rear. Another cashier came out after I said "excuse me."Then the first cashier returned. The chicken tasted old, and the bones was very dark.

Having known a worker there she was always good to us, but did say they are told to try and save money by skimping on the portions they give you. Such as the chicken bowl. But its ok because we dont go there anymore. Regardless of that the chicken bowl was always great!

Charged us for food we never got and charged us for large drinks but gave us mediums. The soda was flat right out of the machine. Poor, slow, unhelpful service. Multiple people walked out because they got tired of waiting.

I get take out there about once a month for years. Lately the chicken (original ) seems so greasy. You have to specifically ask for napkins when you go through the drive through.
