worst take out ever. took between 15 and 20 min. in the drive through, and there was no line. ordered a family meal and was terrible. the biscuits were well overcooked, the potatoes were watery, chicken was cold and the breasts were only pieces of breast, smaller than the wings. now I know why the woman at the window didnt give us a receipt. with no receipt it is harder to complain to corporate. though we did send them an email telling how bad it was and that was a waste of time, since it was ignored. it was the kind of visit that sends customers running to KFC and popeys. I just wish I could give it less than 1 star and still voice my opinion about this sorry excuse of a restaurant.

We went there on a Monday evening we were told we had to wait 15-20 minutes for chicken. We waited. We paid 20.99 for 8 super small over cooked pieces of chicken. They threw in small wings to compensate for the other small pieces. I called and the manager told me what they did since he was there. Its not worth the drive or the money. I will never go back.

Horrid service. Lady at the register was unattentive and callous. We sat at the window for 5 minutes before we were acknowledged. Being cut off during ordering truly added to the pleasant experience. After all the frustration, finding my order wrong still couldnt stop me from speeding away as fast as I could. Never going back to this location.

The location on Euclid in Willoughby apparently stops working before close time because they ALWAYS run out of chicken!! Unless you get deliveries everyday (which you dont) your lying and refuse to cook fresh chicken after a certain time. Dont advertise a close time if youre going to stop cooking fresh before that time

Dont do it! We dont have Mr. Chicken in PA and I was told this place was great. It isnt, at least not to me, play it safe and dont risk it unless youre at home and near the bathroom.

If you like liver, buy theirs. Take it home, add onions, gravy and allow them to get together in the crock pot for some hours. Then put it on some plain rice. The best
